Not impressed at all. I placed an order only to find out later the next day they didnt have anything. Its 2023. Cant believe the website cant figure that out!!!!!!!!!!! But they were happy to advertise with Groupon so I cant get all of my money back. Thats CRAP!!!

I will be firm, far, and final. The store 100% does not deliver products as advertised. I paid for a stand-up flower arrangement and it was for a funeral. Giant mistake! I was absolutely mortified by the flower arrangement that arrived. I could literally put the entirety of the flower arrangement under my coat. The bouche didn't look at all like in the picture. There were a few types of greenary in the picture, but the actual Bouche had only one type: ***** The flowers should have been 3 types at least, but in real life it was only 2 types of flowers. I chose the deluxe size, but the bouche was small with a few flowers and cheap greenary. The pictures they have on the web are very misleading.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before the funeral services. Didn't arrived called customer service and was told the florist was going to deliver the arrangement the day of the service, which started at 3pm, it is now 4:20pm, I am at the service but my arrangement is not. Called customer service and can't get a real person on the phone.

I order from teleflora a lot but will be considering changing that. Multiple times a discount code I wanted to use (that I got from loyalty points) wont work. Ill have to chat with customer see ice and am usually told I then need to call to place my order. Other websites dont have this issue. Ive also have had delivery issues with items not being delivered same day or on the wrong day.

What a horrid company. Avoid at all costs. They take your money and run -- ordered flowers for next day delivery to a funeral home. Paid extra $15 for "before 1pm delivery" -- they never delivered the flowers. Funeral is over and I'm left holding the bag for $100 bouquet. You should be ashamed and embarrased. This company commits robbery and gets away with it. RUN - do not walk away.

I do not know yet about the quality of the flowers I ordered, but I am very frustrated by the supposed tracking. I ordered a funeral arrangement. Following the tracking, the furthest it appeared the flowers had made it was "at the florist". The only way I knew they had been delivered was by texting my son, at his father-in-law's wake, to see if they had arrived. This should not have happened!!!

The florist you sent my order through used some older roses that were losing all their pedals immediately. I've tried to contact them but have gotten no answer to my calls. Very disappointed with the life of the roses. The figurine was beautiful. Wish the flowers had at least made it through the funeral service.
