Nice selection of flowers online -- that they unfortunately will not deliver and will make up excuses the next day as to why they didn't/couldn't follow through. Extremely dissatisfied. Horrible company. I purchased an over-priced bouquet of flowers for a funeral and the company notified me via email that the order (which was placed on THEIR website and confirmed, BY THEM) had actually been too confusing for them to process, so they cancelled it. My order wasn't delivered, even though I received confirmation that it was. No follow up. Couldn't get a hold of the floral shop for an update. Won't be using this service again.

I ordered same day delivery, and they were not delivered. Now the flowers will be arriving late.

We purchased the largest (premium) size of the Dreaming of Blue Bouquet. When I got to the funeral home, I saw that we had paid $127.67 for the tiniest arrangement at our grandfather's funeral. To say this was MORTIFYING is an understatement. How did this tiny item cost $127+???? Last month I purchased a 3-foot standing spray for a coworker's mother and paid $105 with 1800-Flowers. Needless to say, we won't be using Teleflora again.

Very disappointed!Although the floral arrangement did arrive on time, besides the figurine in the center, it did not really resemble what I ordered. I know that the florist has the right to substitute different flowers in the arrangement if they do not have exactly what is pictured, but the flowers that were substituted were not even a similar color.The arrangement that I ordered was supposed to be a deluxe sympathy arrangement with a handwritten card. Im very upset, the delivery was scheduled for Monday the 14th. The flowers were delivered today. My Birthday surprise is ruined.

Didn't deliver on time. Couldn't get a status update. Had to leave two reviews before one actually posted. Do not recommend.

Why hasnt it been delivered yet? Its been 3 days. I chose Teleflors for same day delivery.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I received email confirmation at 10:05am PST that my order was received and would be delivered, and 6 hours later I received an email that my order was unable to be processed. If they were unable to deliver on a Sunday and notified me shortly after the original confirmation, that would have been fine. Instead, I was left with no alternatives for same day delivery because they failed to respond until 4:15pm PST.I do not recommend this company.
