******* looked nothing like the arrangement and size I ordered. Paid for the premium size and it was definitely not even close. Did arrive on the right day though.

Extremely disappointed. I double upgraded to the premium bouquet and the flowers delivered were less than the standard bouquet option, did not come in the vase that was purchased and 100% wilted when arrived. I contacted customer service and provided photos of the flowers from the moment of delivery and what they looked like in less 24 hours ( all flowers were dead) I paid $100.00 to send this beautiful bouquet to my daughters job for a special birthday and was so embarrassed of what was delivered. Previous experience has been mediocre but they have some unique items so I keep coming back. I feel some of the extra service charges are a rip-off but everything is expensive nowadays and people need to make a living so I should just shut up about that. Unless the flowers are for myself, I really never know what the condition of the arrangement is at the time of the delivery. I receive a thank you from the recipient, but I usually have to ask "are the blooms fresh, send me a foto of the arrangement, etc". That interaction t... read more

Not the same value as what was pictured. The arrangement received had significantly less flowers. It was also sloppy and mishaped. I am extremely disappointed.

Not impressed at all. I placed an order only to find out later the next day they didnt have anything. Its 2023. Cant believe the website cant figure that out!!!!!!!!!!! But they were happy to advertise with Groupon so I cant get all of my money back. Thats CRAP!!!

I will be firm, far, and final. The store 100% does not deliver products as advertised. I paid for a stand-up flower arrangement and it was for a funeral. Giant mistake! I was absolutely mortified by the flower arrangement that arrived. I could literally put the entirety of the flower arrangement under my coat. The price and website interface encourages confidence, but I am telling you stay away-this is a scam! The bouche didn't look at all like in the picture. There were a few types of greenary in the picture, but the actual Bouche had only one type: ***** The flowers should have been 3 types at least, but in real life it was only 2 types of flowers. I chose the deluxe size, but the bouche was small with a few flowers and cheap greenary. The pictures they have on the web are very misleading.
