Not very happy. First off I asked for them to be delivered when I knew the birthday recipient would be home. It came 2 hours early and was left on the doorstep. I ordered flowers with a balloon and a box of chocolates. I got flowers and a bag of carmels. This person hates carmels and the balloon was not included. I get that the flowers may not be the same as the ones ordered, which they werent, but come on. They are beautiful but the rest is s**tty service. I will never use this service again.

Extremely disappointed. The delivered item was not what I ordered and appears to be a poor substitute. What a rip-off. I will not be ordering from Teleflora again and will encourage others not to order from them. Zero stars.

If you care enough to send flowers, use another service. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to a funeral home on behalf of my husband and I and ten other couples. Our dear friend retired out of state, and we could not be there for his service but we wanted his widow to know that we were with her in spirit. I called Teleflora a day before the visitation to confirm that the arrangement would arrive on time, AND used Teleflora's automated service on the day of the visitation to confirm that the arrangement was in route... read more

I paid for a premium arrangement. What was delivered was the cheap version. There are less than half of the flowers in the premium as opposed to what was delivered. I forgot why I never used Teleflora for delivering flowers; now I remember because they are a ripoff! Not only did I pay full price (no discount) and was charged $21 for delivery of such a pathetic arrangement. In the picture there were at least 8 purple roses visible; in what was sent, I can see only 2. This is an appalling misrepresentation of your advertising.... read more

The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered!!

My order was placed on time before cut off yet it is being delayed!!!!!

FIVE days after I place an arrangement for sympathy flowers I am told they are canceling the order with no reason!!! Shame on you!!!
