Not great. I ordered flowers and fruit for a loss of a family member and was informed at 2pm on the day of delivery it wouldn't be delivered. Teleflora's vendor canceled the order, but Teleflora didn't inform me until it was too late to make other arrangements. The supervisor did issue a small credit but that really doesn't change the poor situation. I will be very hard-pressed to use Teleflora again.

Arrangement was pretty but NOT what I ordered. ****, which was supposed to be a cute blue pitcher (something that would actually be a keepsake), was a clear blue glass tube and was not anywhere close to what I selected. The flowers are pretty, but not anywhere close to my selection. And definitely NOT worth $110!!! Terrible experience. I was taken advantage of by nice photography and a promise of on time delivery. Never again. I do not blame the local florist, I blame Teleflora.

Deliver it! Ive used your service 50or more times but you are failing. If you cant deliver to her location say so.

Ordered flowers to be deliverred same day. DID NOT HAPPEN. Very unhappy. Have been trying for past 24 hours to get udate information with NO response to my inquiry. Will not use this service again,

My daughter in laws birthday is today. I used this company because it was supposed to be delivered today! They failed!

I was not notified if my order was delivered. I have no idea if it was delivered and I dont want to ask because they were sympathy for a death.

Flowers were not at all as pictured and some were wilted and nearly dead. Total rip-off!!
