We purchased the largest (premium) size of the Dreaming of Blue Bouquet. When I got to the funeral home, I saw that we had paid $127.67 for the tiniest arrangement at our grandfather's funeral. To say this was MORTIFYING is an understatement. How did this tiny item cost $127+???? Last month I purchased a 3-foot standing spray for a coworker's mother and paid $105 with 1800-Flowers. Needless to say, we won't be using Teleflora again.

Very disappointed!Although the floral arrangement did arrive on time, besides the figurine in the center, it did not really resemble what I ordered. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I received email confirmation at 10:05am PST that my order was received and would be delivered, and 6 hours later I received an email that my order was unable to be processed. If they were unable to deliver on a Sunday and notified me shortly after the original confirmation, that would have been fine. Instead, I was left with no alternatives for same day delivery because they failed to respond until 4:15pm PST.I do not recommend this company.

Not very happy. First off I asked for them to be delivered when I knew the birthday recipient would be home. It came 2 hours early and was left on the doorstep. I ordered flowers with a balloon and a box of chocolates. I got flowers and a bag of carmels. This person hates carmels and the balloon was not included. I get that the flowers may not be the same as the ones ordered, which they werent, but come on. They are beautiful but the rest is s**tty service. I will never use this service again.

Extremely disappointed. The delivered item was not what I ordered and appears to be a poor substitute. What a rip-off. I will not be ordering from Teleflora again and will encourage others not to order from them. Zero stars.
