Ordered Birthday ************ - Deluxe for friend to be delivered today. Contained balloon in photograph shown. Displayed flowers were beautiful and vibrant. Was delivered without balloon with a different designation of flowers that weren't as colorful. Disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would. The flowers that arrived is not the bouquet I ordered. They promised same day delivery and it didn't get delivered the day I needed it. For the price it was not worth it.

I paid extra for early delivery. The flowers as of yet have NOT been delivered!! Chatting with customer service was useless...

Even though the website claims that a comparable flower arrangement will be prepared if your order isn't available, my delivery order was canceled without an alternative. On the positive side, I was notified within 2 hours of the order.

All it was was a bunch of flowers all the same height with no arrangement whatsoever. This was very disappointing because the one I chose was a beautiful arrangement . Very overpriced for what arrived. Will not use you again.
