I ordered the flowers on hopes I could surprise a friend. I spent $100 thinking that the would definitely deliver the flowers on the 8/10/23 as promised they did not and I had to buy flowers and deliver them myself Very disappointed ??

Its irresponsibly presumptuous to request a review before you make good on your end. So the company promptly charged me but has yet to deliver and asking for reviews already which doesnt exactly inspire confidence.

Im already aggravated that you are sending me a survey before the delivery has been made! I was disappointed with the only other time I used this company but am trying to give another chance as I am sending the flowers out of the state I live in. I have know way to rate this service until it is completed.

Wish I would have read reviews first. Didn't deliver on birthday, which they guaranteed! Done with internet garbage. SHOP LOCAL for ******************. Extremely disappointed.

My flowers never arrived at the funeral home. Very upset and very sad. Will be stopping payment

Nice selection of flowers online -- that they unfortunately will not deliver and will make up excuses the next day as to why they didn't/couldn't follow through. Extremely dissatisfied. Horrible company. I purchased an over-priced bouquet of flowers for a funeral and the company notified me via email that the order (which was placed on THEIR website and confirmed, BY THEM) had actually been too confusing for them to process, so they cancelled it. My order wasn't delivered, even though I received confirmation that it was. No follow up. Couldn't get a hold of the floral shop for an update. Won't be using this service again.

I ordered same day delivery, and they were not delivered. Now the flowers will be arriving late.
