Not delivered at all. They told me it would be a day late and it never showed up.

0 stars if I could. You couldnt deliver when I wanted, so I am CANCELLING the order. If you had just been honest when I placed the order, I would have had time to order from someone else. Not using Teleflora again.

So disappointed! I ordered a Divine ***** 50-*********** to span across half casket for a relative. When I arrived to find a Small Red Rosary with only 18 roses and fit 1/3 of half casket, I was so upset and disappointed that I wasn't even told there would be a replacement, nor was I given a choice for an alternative and lastly the replacement was clearly not of the value I paid for. Like others I ordered a succulent dish garden and a floral arrangement was sent. I didnt authorize a change. Wont order from Telefloral again.

Disappointed. Recipient has no idea 10 trees will be planted via Arbor ************ on behalf of their loved one. They only got my eCard but there no details of what the gift is! I didn't see clear notification that I had to tell the Recipient. When you send flowers they get/see tangible flowers from Teleflora. Shouldn't they get something from Teleflora describing the gift? Please please advise your customer and set clear expectations. Thank you

Three days wasnt enough time to deliver a simple spray to a funeral. These things are important and if something goes wrong (which is unreasonable anyway given the various options that exist in our large metro area), some kind of notice so I can try to salvage things would have been nice. Instead I was told it would be taken care of in time for the funeral so I did nothing. Just unprofessional, unacceptable, and unforgivable.

I was a little disappointed with the arrangement. The picture showed a ****** arrangement than what we got. There were only 4 roses and some fillers. For 70 some dollars, I would expect a nicer arrangement.. for the deluxe..

Its a bit presumptuous to ask for a review the same day as an order was placed. However, in this case it benefits me. I ordered flowers on 9/16 to be delivered on 9/17 because my wife is taking that day off to surprise her for our anniversary and the knotheads delivered them the same day I ordered them. Needless to day she wasn't the only surprised! I will mostlikely use AVAS next time.
