I ordered the standard arrangement for $49 and someone on your side bumped it up to $59. Delivery was supposed to be today, but I have not ******* about delivery. So my small $49 order ended up costing over $80! I will not use you in the future .??

I spent a few hours looking at different florists and options. I chose teleflora because I fell in love with a specific vase and combination of purples and flowers that were really pretty and my mother's favorites. There were lower priced vases but I wanted this one. I'm aware that the flowers could be substituted with similar-looking ones, but not the vase. What I ordered and what was delivered was not the same. I ordered specifically a white orchid in a stained glass pot. What was delivered was a pink orchid in an ugly, genetic, ceramic pot. How disappointing. The orchid is too small for the pot, and there was no attempt to add **** to hide that fact.

I received email of delivery and no flowers were at my door. As I was speaking with the 1 800 # and being told they were deliverd and confirmed the delivery person arrived !!!Thank you for this aggrevation !!!!!***

Cancelled my order because it was suspicious?!? Couldn't help me through chat so I had to call a number, was placed on hold for over 20 minutes with no resolution to my problem. Would give them 1 star if I had the option.

If I could give this store no starts I legit would. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day for my mothers 60th birthday only to get a call saying they are unable to get ahold of the store to make the delivery. No kind of compensation was offered. Their customer service *****.
