Aweful!!!!Such a rip off. Nothing like the deluxe version and roses. Cheap vase. Was not even delivered to the recipient!!!! Just the Department, no name!!!!What a disappointing experience, and you really should be ashamed of your poor effort.This was not cheap!!!! Never again!

While it was delivered timely, the arrangement that was delivered didn't look like the soft pink and white arrangement I ordered. They took liberties and substituted 90% of it ... red and purple is NOT what I ordered, I ordered a soft pink arrangement because that is what she likes. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because there isn't a 0 rating. I won't use them again! Buyer beware!

I will never use this service again. Nothing but problems. 1 I paid for early delivery - didnt happen. They gave me back a $15 credit on a future purchase. Problem 2 I understand that a substitution may be required but i what I ordered for a funeral and what was delivered was an absolute embarrassment. My total order was $155 and I wouldnt have spent 20 on the arrangement sent.

I made a ($95. total) purchase to buy a bouquet I saw pictured online at teleflora.com, because I wanted something beautiful for my son and daughter-in-law for the birth of their first child. A variance in floral COLOR would not have been a problem, especially since I had requested pink alstroemeria, instead of white alstroemeria and a more pink looking bouquet for a new baby girl. Ordered Birthday ************ - Deluxe for friend to be delivered today. Contained balloon in photograph shown. Displayed flowers were beautiful and vibrant. Was delivered without balloon with a different designation of flowers that weren't as colorful. Disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would. The flowers that arrived is not the bouquet I ordered. They promised same day delivery and it didn't get delivered the day I needed it. For the price it was not worth it.
