I ordered a large plant the recipient received a medium flower arrangement with leaves stuck down in the **** giving the illusion of a plant it started dying and falling apart in less than 2 days

The flowers I ordered were NOT what arrived. I paid for roses and lilies.. what was received was mostly carnations and two roses. Also paid for the mid level it looked very small. NOT worth the price. Wont be using Teleflora again

What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. Very disappointed! I will not order from Teleflora again.
They may say your flowers will be delivered on a Sunday; however, in my case, they were not. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements with a different vendor. Once the flowers did arrive, the flowers looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Way too much money for unreliable, crappy service and low quality flowers.

If I could give it a minus 5 star I would. They didn't delivered what was ordered for the price I paid. Really upsetting.

They did not send the flowers that I ordered. I needed same day, so they did that good but that's all. If you don't need same day, get flowers from somewhere else.

Aweful!!!!Such a rip off. Nothing like the deluxe version and roses. Cheap vase. Was not even delivered to the recipient!!!! Just the Department, no name!!!!What a disappointing experience, and you really should be ashamed of your poor effort.This was not cheap!!!! Never again!
