Cancelled my order because it was suspicious?!? Couldn't help me through chat so I had to call a number, was placed on hold for over 20 minutes with no resolution to my problem. Would give them 1 star if I had the option.

If I could give this store no starts I legit would. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day for my mothers 60th birthday only to get a call saying they are unable to get ahold of the store to make the delivery. No kind of compensation was offered. Their customer service *****.

I was very disappointed with flowers I have sent my mother due to the current florist/vendor in *******, ** (*****) not meeting the expectations of the flowers I have chosen from the selected items on the website. This is actually the second set of flowers that were poorly interpreted. I understand fully that the florist do the best they can but if I chose a bouquet of just roses thats *********** and paid for! Please look at finding a new florist in this area that can uphold the standards of Teleflora.

The order did not arrive as promised. Not happy!! Tried to find a customer service number to call but they refer you to an email customer service instead, which promises "prompt response". Not sure what that is supposed to mean, but have not had a response yet. Not being able to reach someone is not acceptable.
