This doesn't deserve 1 start. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. It's false adverting. I understand that sometimes the same vases are not available but they didn't even bother using similar flower. The original arrangements included red roses which are widely available. The arrangement that was delivered didn't include a single rose yet I was charged for a "premium" bouquet.

Extremely unhappy and irritated!! Saw a picture of what the recipient received and it was Nothing like what I had ordered!!! I realize that arrangements can't be Exactly like the pictures when ordering, but this was so far from it that I know the next time I need to send a bouquet out, I certainly won't be using Teleflora.

This is the 1st time I'm using Teleflora. They were just delivered and I was sent a Thank you picture...I will NEVER order from this company again! It looks like you did the arrangement a week ago when I placed the order. It looks like you replaced the bamboo part with sunflower stems, the photo on your site shows 2 colors of *************** looks like the orchids must have been on their last leg so you just trimmed them back. Very disappointed. Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered and was contacted hours later to let me know they were cancelled. I was notified too late to use another service for same day delivery. Will not utilize your service again.

The arrangement was NOTHING like the picture or description on line. I was extremely disappointed. It looked like they grabbed a bunch of carnations from the supermarket and stuck them in a vase.The florist you used should be ashamed and you should be ashamed. Ive never had an issue with Teleflora before. It was embarrassing. There were supposed to be roses and day lilies as well. It was nothing but carnations and some Pom looking flowers.I will have to consider another company in the future.

After I ordered the flowers I found out the person I ordered them for had to leave to go out of town the afternoon they were supposed to be delivered. I promptly notified Teleflora the day before the delivery date to let them know and was told the flowers would be delivered by 10 am. When she left at 2 pm the flowers still had not been delivered. Ordered sympathy flowers on 9/19/23. Flowers were suppose to be delivered by 9/21. Flowers were never delivered and we were not notified of a delay. When I called to find out the status of my order they said the florist needed more time and the flowers would be delivered the next day on 9/22. 9/22 came and went and no flowers. 9/23 website shows ******* delivered but NOTHING was received by the recipient. What an incredibly horrible and infuriating experience. DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!
