Teleflora delivered my order one week ahead of when it was supposed to be delivered!! Very disappointed.

I have been ordering flowers from TELEFLORA for about a year. But the last order they simply canceled my order, and wanted me to place it again. When asked for reason couldnt give one either. The entire phone call experience was tiring as I kept going from one agent to another. Not ordering from them again!

The flowers are beautiful but were delivered a day early. I clearly noted for delivery on September 21st. Unfortunately they were delivered today. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd review I've submitted for you today! Your site is very user unfriendly. It kept kicking me off instead of accepting my selection. It said the phone number wasn't in an acceptable format but wouldn't let me return to the previous page to correct it. I re-entered my info over and over again. Now you're asking for yet another review. What happened to the other two. Teleflora, never again!

never received a confirmation of my order. What happened to my order? ********
First timer so won't know until recipient informs me. Product was $70 and totaled $93. Don't like the lack of transparency re: almost $19 servicing fee until you are stuck at inputting credit card. That is BS and outrageous given tax was like $5. They should call it shipping instead and be truthful. NO matter what they call it - that $19 is way too much for a service fee. wow i just paid 84 dollars for an arrangement, that does NOT look like the arrangement. The item pictured had 3 large bamboo stalks, the item that was shipped had little sticks, that clearly do not resemble the image. I am appalled and i feel as ive been robbed. this was supposed to be a beautiful arrangement to celebrate my goddaughter passing the bar exam and becoming a lawyer, and it is a pathetic display. i am in shock.

Horrible Order Experience!Order not delivered as scheduled! Paid extra $15 to have flowers delivered before 1pm and they aren't even being delivered today. No calls or contact to let me know. I checked order status, seen they had not yet been delivered and found out when chatting in not being delivered today when scheduled and paid for. Abosultely horrible experience and customer service was not much help in resolving the issue.

In the past I have had a terrific experience with Teleflora, but something has changed. First, when I tried to log on to my account, I received "No record of account with that ID" message. (I have had an account for at least 15 years.)Then, just a few moments ago, I received an email summarily cancelling my order, stating that they could not fill it with their "network of florists."
