I ordered my flowers this morning for delivery today. Its 5:30pm and I just tracked my order. The tracking app shows with florist which means they have not been delivered and probably wont be today. I am beyond unhappy. These flowers had better be delivered first thing tomorrow and they better be fresh and beautiful!

I bought this bouquet specifically for the succulent so my friend could plant it. She informed me the succulent is fake. Considering what I paid for these flowers, I am very upset.

I like the delivery time but totally disappointed on flower arrangement . Not only the flower arrangement looks old and sort of sloppy and I received the small arrangement size not the premium as shown from the site that I paid for . This is fraud and cheating the customer . Was suppose to received 3 paradise bird flower but the person only get 2 paradise bird flower from the birthday arrangement received and shown missing one string of tiger lilies as well. I ordered the Golden Glow deluxe arrangement for my daughter-in-law's birthday. The online photo shows a beautiful combination of fall flowers in different rust and orange colors. The arrangement received today looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photo!!!! I understand that the local florist has to use available flowers but the arrangement received is pathetic. I also ordered a $20 box of chocolates -- hope they are decent! Not happy and definitely not worth the nearly $80 spent. Never again, Teleflora.

This doesn't deserve 1 start. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. It's false adverting. I understand that sometimes the same vases are not available but they didn't even bother using similar flower. The original arrangements included red roses which are widely available. The arrangement that was delivered didn't include a single rose yet I was charged for a "premium" bouquet.

Extremely unhappy and irritated!! Saw a picture of what the recipient received and it was Nothing like what I had ordered!!! I realize that arrangements can't be Exactly like the pictures when ordering, but this was so far from it that I know the next time I need to send a bouquet out, I certainly won't be using Teleflora.

This is the 1st time I'm using Teleflora. They were just delivered and I was sent a Thank you picture...I will NEVER order from this company again! It looks like you did the arrangement a week ago when I placed the order. It looks like you replaced the bamboo part with sunflower stems, the photo on your site shows 2 colors of *************** looks like the orchids must have been on their last leg so you just trimmed them back.
