Wasn't happy at all!expensive flowers ended up looking cheap!And for starters...My daughter doesn't even like the colour pink And i send the order with a deep purple vase and she got a small pink square vase, that would of been suitable for someone who just had a baby girl.Very disappointed!!!!!!

I paid $80 for a few flowers that looked like they would've cost me $10 at the grocery store... the vase looked especially cheap. Disappointed and feeling ripped off.

I spent good money on something that didn't look like what I paid for. The quality of the flowers were not even close comparison to the photo shown and the size (which by the way was supposed to ***********" was nothing short of a spring bouquet). It's insulting. I wish I could leave a photo but it's clear for obvious reasons they don't offer that option. I deserve a FULL refund for this. I never leave reviews but I'm compelled to leave this one. I will never using them again.

What I ordered and paid for was NOTHING like what was delivered. I'm actually embarrassed by the arrangement that was delivered. Won't use them again.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a sick friend and picked a delivery date. I get a text the day after the delivery date to find they could not delivery the flowers on the date I requested with no reason given. When I requested that some of the heafty delivery fee I paid be refunded to me they would not do it. Their only choice was a discount on a future order or total refund. The delivery cost was about $5 less than the cost of the flowers and they refused. All I could do was cancel the whole order, which I did. I would never... read more

On behalf of the company, we ordered two sets of the same flower arrangement for the same delivery date but for two different people. All three elements in this ordeal went wrong. They came as drastically different arrangements. They were delivered on different dates. They delivered to one employee twice, another employee did not receive the flower we ordered for him. SCAM of a company!! I ordered an arrangement for my boss's birthday 3 days ahead of time. I picked the arrangement I did mostly because of the vase. Paid an extra $15 to make sure they arrived before 1 pm. Between the price, service fee, taxes & the early delivery fee, it came to over $100. They didn't arrive by 1, so I called them. They had to reimburse me the $15 & told me "they were on the truck & enroute". By 2, they still weren't there (my boss leaves at 3 & it was a Friday).
