I ordered flowers for my fathers casket at his funeral. They were to be delivered on 9/28/23 as the funeral was at 9:00 am on 9/29/23. When they did not show up on the 28th I called and spent over an hour on the phone trying to track them down. I was assured they would be there before the funeral at 9:00 am. When they did not show up the morning of the 29th I spent over an 1.5 hours on the phone with a rep trying to track them down. I was told they were delivered, they were not. I am unhappy with the replacement ******* delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered the Beautiful in Blue Deluxe with a mylar balloon and ordered an e-card as well. My daughter waited at work until 6pm on a Friday, no delivery. I received a delivery confirmation at 7:30 pm so I guess they handed them over to the security guard that night. Not satisfied with flower picks just put in vase. This had no beauty in the arrangement nor did it have a flow on to make the arrangement seem beautiful

Sent by door **** and we had no idea what they were trying to deliver since she hadn't ordered food. Then the note attached was all screwed up. Not the service I've had before.

I was not aware wrong delivery address was entered , called ***** # to make adjustments and was on hold 20 minutes or so and no answer, I hung up. Guess Ill try during the day.

I ordered a succulent garden. The arrangement received contained no succulents at all, and just a few fronds and leaves.

You sent them to the wrong address!!! Luckily the hospital that did receive them was around the corner and they were arranging to have them picked up and delivered to correct address.!!
