The plant that was actually delivered didn't compare to the one that was chosen online. They appeared much smaller, thinner, and unhealthy. Won't order again.

I saw a picture of the floral arrangement that was delivered to my aunt. I am very disappointed, it looks nothing like the picture I ordered.

Very disappointing!!! Half of the arrangement was fake!!!! Not at all what it was supposed to be! It was very small and most definitely not worth $58!

I was a bit unhappy that the happy face mug the flowers were in was deformed! The eyes werent two separate eyes. Theyd run together and I was disappointed that the gift I sent wasnt as perfect as ** hoped.

you took my order then 30min later you told me that you can't deliver my order. The refund will not credit back unitl 2 days to 10 days. That is not right.

Will not do Teleflora again. Other sites send email as soon as delivered and let you know who signed for it. With Teleflora, you have to ask when delivered and wait few. Hours to get a reply. I still do not know who signed for flowers as recipient hasnt received them

Not even Closed to the picture! I feel shamed for the arrangement the florist made, and super embarrassed when I got the thank you picture.

Not having much faith these will still be delivered today? Its almost 5:30 and I paid a $22 service fee. I usually use **** flowers and thought I would give you a try but ** getting nervous these wont be received as promised and no one to contact. Not super impressed with timing especially when the order was placed early this morning.
