Flowers were not delivered on scheduled date. Very disappointed in the service.

Very disappointed in the quality of the arrangements that were sent compared to what were ordered. They were very thin and mostly greenery and just thrown in the vase and no thought or time put in to it. Ordered two identical arrangements and they are both very poorly done and unhealthy with broken flowers in them when arrived even. Wont order again.

terrible experience all the way around. you gotta step up your game. here's the rundown...1) Don't advertise 'same day flower delivery' if you can't do same day flower delivery.2) Don't email me telling me the flowers were 'hand delivered', to my wife's business, if in fact they weren't delivered yesterday (at the time of the delivery email)... It causes me to blow the surprise asking her to go look for them... effectively wasting the person's time I'm trying to surprise with 'SAME DAY FLOWERS'3) When I call and get a custom... read more

I paid $100+ for a PREMIUM arrangement that looks like I couldve walked around my neighborhood and picked it myself. Very small bouquet and nothing like the photo of the one I had selected. Very disappointed.

sent a completely different bouquet that was intended for bereavement- it looked like a circus bouquet and i will never order from them again

The only reason I made this purchase was because of the promise that (for $15 more) the flowers would be delivered before 1pm. At 1:30, I told them that the flowers had not yet arrived and so they refunded the 15. Lets me clear. The promise was not that they would refund the 15 if the flowers did not arrive. The promise was that for 15 THE FLOWERS WOULD ARRIVE ON TIME.I ended up leaving 3 hours later and the flowers had still not arrived. Very dissatisfied I ordered a $90+ arrangement with the guarantee of it being delivered before 1pm. After speaking with customer service I was notified the arrangement was delivered at 315. Looking nothing like the photo, one of the sign additions was written with a black marker on a piece of cardboard. The ghost is a kleenex with a half face drawn on with a pen..... maybe. Unacceptable!

I understand the flowers may vary but the vase was not what I ordered. I ordered a watering can vase and the recipient received a plain cheap glass vase. Very disappointed and will not be using Teleflora in the future. $65 for a small bouquet in a glass vase is very disappointing.
