They are horrible! Cancelled order at the end of the delivery date!

I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of what arrived to my friend! It was much less full and colorful than what I ordered, which was ther deluxe size of the bee pitcher bouquet. It should have included orange and pink roses, but instead there were no oranges, too many greens, not enough flowers, and not even a bee pitcher. It was a different colored pitcher with a dragonfly. Placed a order today,was supposed to be delivered today as well. Waited all day but late afternoon did a chat they assured me they had contacted the florist and it would be delivered by time my wife was off work. Ten minutes later got a call they couldnt fill the order or deliver today, offered next day but wife doesn't work then. Told rep to refund and I wouldn't use their service any longer. Im very upset. My flowers were suppose to be delivered on 11/10 and were not. Hopefully they get delivered today because if not they wont mean anything, as it is a Veterans Day bouquet.

My flower delivery was never delivered on the persons birthday which is my daughter in law I was also charged and have not been refunded.

Told me it was same day, then immediately after paying says I have to pick another day.... No refund for my same day delivery, no option to cancel. Won't be using that again.

I ordered the twilight arrangement, which was supposed to be purple flowers./sympathy bouquet... they sent pink. Won't likely order again. 100 bucks you'd think it would resemble the picture somewhat!!

What is with the $19 service fee?! I entered a discount code and it was not applied as far as I could tell.

This company is not good. I read these reviews and, unfortunately, gave it the benefit of the doubt. Do NOT trust this company. I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and paid EXTRA for guaranteed delivery by 1:00. Well, it was not delivered by 1:00; so I messaged the company. The company responded, apologized, and removed the extra charge for the 1:00 delivery. I told the company the entire purpose of the delivery was for my wife to receive them by 1:00, so she could enjoy them during the day on our anniversary. H... read more
