I placed 2 orders yesterday. I still have NO confirmation emails. I hope they get delivered. Or at least let me know they are unable to place order. My credit card was chargd

Ordered a bouquet with vase for my mom's birthday with instructions to leave them on her porch (I live 3 hours from her). Never received a delivery confirmation. My sister called at 7:30 pm to let me know she found them. The florist they contracted with left them in the street next to the mailbox. ******* had been sitting in the ***** heat for 4-5 hours. $80 down the drain. Will not be using Teleflora again since they cannot guarantee their product.

The ordering process was fine, that's why I gave it one star, but the delivery process was unorganized. I didn't find out the flowers were delivered until the next day, and the flowers looked nothing like the **********. To be honest, the arrangement looked horrible! I ordered the Heavenly and ******* premium flowers, so it would be nice and full, but the one delivered barely had any flowers in them. The arrangement was mostly leaves!! Easy to order. Was the best florist in the area for delivery. This review was asked for before my delivery was made. I have had trouble with this florist in the past. Could not deliver the flowers I ordered. I hope they will be delivered this time as promised.

Wasn't happy at all!expensive flowers ended up looking cheap!And for starters...My daughter doesn't even like the colour pink And i send the order with a deep purple vase and she got a small pink square vase, that would of been suitable for someone who just had a baby girl.Very disappointed!!!!!!

I paid $80 for a few flowers that looked like they would've cost me $10 at the grocery store... the vase looked especially cheap. Disappointed and feeling ripped off.

I spent good money on something that didn't look like what I paid for. The quality of the flowers were not even close comparison to the photo shown and the size (which by the way was supposed to ***********" was nothing short of a spring bouquet). It's insulting. I wish I could leave a photo but it's clear for obvious reasons they don't offer that option. I deserve a FULL refund for this. I never leave reviews but I'm compelled to leave this one. I will never using them again.

What I ordered and paid for was NOTHING like what was delivered. I'm actually embarrassed by the arrangement that was delivered. Won't use them again.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a sick friend and picked a delivery date. I get a text the day after the delivery date to find they could not delivery the flowers on the date I requested with no reason given. When I requested that some of the heafty delivery fee I paid be refunded to me they would not do it. Their only choice was a discount on a future order or total refund. The delivery cost was about $5 less than the cost of the flowers and they refused. All I could do was cancel the whole order, which I did. I would never... read more
