This company is not good. I read these reviews and, unfortunately, gave it the benefit of the doubt. Do NOT trust this company. I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and paid EXTRA for guaranteed delivery by 1:00. Well, it was not delivered by 1:00; so I messaged the company. The company responded, apologized, and removed the extra charge for the 1:00 delivery. Scheduled for delivery on a Friday 1 week in advance. Received confirmation. Received a phone call and text to reschedule my delivery to Saturday in which i approved. Received another call stating the shop is closed on saturday and they would have to reschedule me to Monday. The only reason i knew my flowers werent delivered is because the recipent never called. Very disappointing experience! After placing my order 2 days in advance of required delivery date, which was on a Friday, the order was delivered so late in the day that my wife had already left work for the day/week and not returning until Monday (our anniversary was that Friday). I wanted to order an arrangement with a pumpkin or fall extra but after making a selection it was not available in the delivery zip code. Then selected next day delivery. Then get an email that I had an option of 3 days later or longer Then I get a tracking code that doesnt work. I wont do this again
I received a phone call from Teleflora saying my order would not be able to be delivered on time, but would be delivered the next day. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been hand delivered. I would give them MINUS STARS if I had the option!!! I HAD to give them one start or I could not leave this review.I was sent an email stating that the zip code was wrong, so I called and we corrected that. Five minutes later I get another email stating THEY CANCELED MY ORDER( on the day it was to be delivered) because they have no local florists in the area. My order did not resemble the photo at all. How disappointing! My order for a friend in the hospital resembled a supermarket floral bouquet, which is what I suspect whoever did the arrangement used. It definitely did not look like a professional floral arrangement. My friend was happy to have received flowers but I definitely feel cheated! I won't use Teleflora again. I'll use Amazon's or ******** floral delivery service.
