On behalf of the company, we ordered two sets of the same flower arrangement for the same delivery date but for two different people. All three elements in this ordeal went wrong. SCAM of a company!! I ordered an arrangement for my boss's birthday 3 days ahead of time. I picked the arrangement I did mostly because of the vase. Paid an extra $15 to make sure they arrived before 1 pm. Between the price, service fee, taxes & the early delivery fee, it came to over $100. They didn't arrive by 1, so I called them. They had to reimburse me the $15 & told me "they were on the truck & enroute". By 2, they still weren't there (my boss leaves at 3 & it was a Friday). They put the wrong card with the candy I ordered it had someone elses name on it saying who it was from.

The ordering process is horrendous. It took me 45 minutes at least to place an order. Now I remember why I don't use them much. I selected one price and it increases when you process order. Coupons are confusing and you can't use a coupon and a credit in the same order. You don't know the actual price until you get to the end of the order. Service fee is really shipping fee. Small. No ribbon. Few flowers. Might be ten blooms. Looks like a 5 year old put it together. I ordered Deluxe. I deserve a full refund. I will not be using this method of sending flowers again. Very unhappy with this florist. I would send a picture if I knew how to do that. I usually dont leave negative reviews but this was a waste of money and Im angry. **************

This was a nice looking bouquet when received except for the fact that it was obvious that many of the flowers were on their way out. Sure enough. less than 3 days later half were drooping and 6 days after receipt more than half had to be thrown away. Just not worth it and turned this into a negative in short order
My sister just sent me a picture of the flowers she receivedthere were about 10 flowers in the arrangement which consisted of yellow carnations, purple chrysanthemumsneither of which were in the original arrangementred and pink roses placed in a crock bowl with wording on it! Im VERY disappointed as it did not look anything like the full colorful fall arrangement of orange, green, red and deep pink in a clear glass bowl that I ordered! ****************
