I would give them MINUS STARS if I had the option!!! I HAD to give them one start or I could not leave this review.I was sent an email stating that the zip code was wrong, so I called and we corrected that. Five minutes later I get another email stating THEY CANCELED MY ORDER( on the day it was to be delivered) because they have no local florists in the area. Now, my cousin won't be getting any flowers on her 70th birthday because Teleflora does not have a system in place that notifies you IMMEDIATELY when can't accommodate ... read more

For your order we did have a florist for the zip code that was on the order when it came in. That is why the system allowed the order to be placed. Once you corrected the address for the order our team that places the orders are the ones that **** it if we do not have a florist. We were able to catch this and cancel your order in 26 minutes. Extremely disappointing! I ordered a premium arrangement and it looks like a standard. Very embarrassing!

My order did not resemble the photo at all. How disappointing! My order for a friend in the hospital resembled a supermarket floral bouquet, which is what I suspect whoever did the arrangement used. It definitely did not look like a professional floral arrangement. My friend was happy to have received flowers but I definitely feel cheated! I won't use Teleflora again. I'll use Amazon's or ******** floral delivery service.

Very disappointed in the quality of the arrangements that were sent compared to what were ordered. They were very thin and mostly greenery and just thrown in the vase and no thought or time put in to it. Ordered two identical arrangements and they are both very poorly done and unhealthy with broken flowers in them when arrived even. Wont order again.

terrible experience all the way around. you gotta step up your game. here's the rundown...1) Don't advertise 'same day flower delivery' if you can't do same day flower delivery.2) Don't email me telling me the flowers were 'hand delivered', to my wife's business, if in fact they weren't delivered yesterday (at the time of the delivery email)... It causes me to blow the surprise asking her to go look for them... effectively wasting the person's time I'm trying to surprise with 'SAME DAY FLOWERS'3) When I call and get a custom... read more

I paid $100+ for a PREMIUM arrangement that looks like I couldve walked around my neighborhood and picked it myself. Very small bouquet and nothing like the photo of the one I had selected. Very disappointed.
