My flower delivery was never delivered on the persons birthday which is my daughter in law I was also charged and have not been refunded.

This company is not good. I read these reviews and, unfortunately, gave it the benefit of the doubt. Do NOT trust this company. I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and paid EXTRA for guaranteed delivery by 1:00. Well, it was not delivered by 1:00; so I messaged the company. The company responded, apologized, and removed the extra charge for the 1:00 delivery. Scheduled for delivery on a Friday 1 week in advance. Received confirmation. Received a phone call and text to reschedule my delivery to Saturday in which i approved. Very disappointing experience! After placing my order 2 days in advance of required delivery date, which was on a Friday, the order was delivered so late in the day that my wife had already left work for the day/week and not returning until Monday (our anniversary was that Friday). I wanted to order an arrangement with a pumpkin or fall extra but after making a selection it was not available in the delivery zip code. Then selected next day delivery. Then get an email that I had an option of 3 days later or longer Then I get a tracking code that doesnt work. I wont do this again
