If I could give this negative stars I would because this is the worst floral company Ive ever dealt with. Ordered flowers for Saturday delivery, got an email saying the floral shop didnt have any balloons, fine. Got another email stating the order would be delivered Saturday & a pic of flowers being delivered- they looked nothing like what I ordered. Ten minutes later I get an email saying they cant deliver my order that day to pick a new date, called & it was a call center that was so loud I could barely hear, was guarantee... read more

February 07, ****, I ordered a Get Well arrangement for my sister in law to be delivered on the 08. I emailed Teleflora if they had a timeframe on delivery and was advised the frame was 11 to 7, but when checking my flowers ******* said they were on the truck out for delivery already. At 5:30 Pm I got a text message that my flowers were hand delivered. When checking with my family flowers never came. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to purchase. I made a same day delivery for purple tulips (the deluxe) on 2/2 for my mom's birthday. I went to see her later that same evening and the floral arrangement was absolutely NOTHING like the images online. 15 tulips -the arrangement was nowhere full and the color of the tulips were completely different shade of purple. Regret using this company and never will again. The flowers were not delivered to the hospital room. They were left at the receptionist desk. Very expensive also. They should be ashamed to be scaming people.

they cancelled my order without telling me on the day it was to be delivered said they cancelled it to protect me it was paid for with my card. they woud not say why the reason was. and if i wanted to reorder i have to call i told them i had throat cancer and cant talk on the phone they didnt seem to care to let me reorder on line my credit shows the money was taking out

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my nephew.. I ordered a Deluxe arrangement and paid over ****** ..(cost of flowers, delivery, and taxes) What was actually received was not justified by the cost.. My nephews Mother contacted me and sent photo.. I immediately contacted teleflora via email so that I could attach photos of what I ordered and what was actually received, which didn't even go to church( which I asked and included church address)Tele ***** credits me ***** and some change. I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet for a VP of my company. Reference #: ********** on 1/19/24. The order was to be delivered on 1/20/24. I received an email that it would not be delivered on 1/20/24 so I needed to choose another date which was Monday 1/22/24. Email confirmation of delivery was received 1/22/24. The problem was that not only was the flower delivery actually 1/23/24 but the flowers delivered were not even close to what was ordered. Was very disappointed in Teleflora. I ordered flowers for my moms funeral. They not only sent the wrong arrangement, but the flowers were wilted. After things settled down I called customer service and they credited my card 30% after sending them pictures of what I ordered versus what we received. But the damage was already done and could not be reversed. I will never use this business again.
