I ordered an arrangement yesterday for a celebration of life service. The service was today, but I paid a same-day delivery charge to have it delivered yesterday. The celebration service is now over, but the flowers never arrived. Checking the order status by phone, it says they are still in route, but I also received an email last night stating they had been delivered. I tried for hours before the service today to talk to a **************** rep, with no luck.

Ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on December 22 so it would be there for the all of the family's holiday festivities. On the 22nd I called to ask why it wasn't delivered and they said it would be delivered tomorrow. The same thing happened on the 23rd, 24th, and again on the 25th. After I finally demanded a refund because the arrangement would no longer work as a Christmas gift after that day- they sent me a "delivery notification" to my email. Never ordering from them again. The arrangement was complexly different from what I ordered online, even the vase was different, they used different flowers of lesser quality/ lower cost and skipped some of them. I wish you could rate them on *******

Terrible service. Selling products they/their florist partners cannot fulfill and they know that. Then they send something completely different (and at much lesser value). When I reached out to have the problem corrected, they only give a small portion of refund which still makes the net money paid much higher than the value. When I push harder I get no response. Please do but use this service. Others like The Bouqs seemed to be much more reliable and have better quality control. There are so many other services. I highly su... read more

I ordered a White and Gold Christmas floral centerpiece arrangement worth $ ****** from Teleflora. When the recipient of the flowers sent me a photo of it, I was livid because the flowers that were delivered was nothing close to the arrangement I picked out from the Teleflora website. Ordered a Christmas centerpiece for next day delivery. They indicated "same-day delivery" available so I was shocked when I received an email from Teleflora stating that my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. I tracked the order just a few hours earlier and it showed that it was with the florist. 1st and last time ordering from Teleflora. I WOULD NOT recommend.

Ordered flowers for a birthday. Never delivered, even though website stated they were and emails stated they were "hand delivered". Two different times were given. After a few calls to customer service, admitted flowers were NOT delivered and I was assured they would be on the way there "now" . Two hours later and another call to customer service, still NOT delivered. I ordered wedding flowers from Teleflora 3 weeks in advance and not only did they not deliver the flowers I ordered, they failed to notify me that delivery would not be made. I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes after the event ended just to be told that my flowers werent delivered because of a driver shortage. When I asked why I wasnt contacted with the option of picking up the flowers, I was told my order would be cancelled and I could call again if I wanted to place another order. Ordered from TELEFLORA.was charged US funds! No where on the order form , website does it say anything about US funds.I have sent them pictures showing it does not.they just respond by ignoring the proof!
