How can this company have an A+ rating from BBB when my experience and multiple other reports have been nothing short of a disaster? AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There are 1409 reviews, 85% are one star. We ordered a floral from their website the day prior and paid $81 to have the flowers delivered the next day. We found out the flowers are being delivered from the same town we wanted them delivered to. It is now 5 PM and the flowers were not delivered. They said delivery is from 11AM to 7PM. Horrible experience. Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. Selected teleflora because they said they could deliver it on the same day. Paid for order and included tip. I ordered flowers for my sister in law funeral, I ordered them on Monday and they were supposed to be delivered on Friday, *********** was on Saturday and they couldn't even delivered then then, they were closed, The next day for delivery was Monday. after the service. POOR service. NEVER Buying from them again. I do not live close, so it looks like I don't care.

Ordered $103 ************* design, they sent cheap vase with flowers that came from ******** They canceled the order and did florists choice. They did not come close to a $100 arrangement. They are money hungry not service oriented. Shame on them. It was for a VERY special birthday and they embarrassed me because I'm not able to get to her and the flowers sucked. Shame on them for not being concerned about return customers. They don't care which is obvious by the many sites with bad reviews.
Horrible service!!! I ordered flowers for a very extremely important date in my family. I placed 6 orders and 1 order has yet to be delivered. Another order arrived 2 days late and on that order it showed it was delivered on March 2nd and it wasnt.
