I ordered a funeral arrangement for my nephew.. I ordered a Deluxe arrangement and paid over ****** ..(cost of flowers, delivery, and taxes) What was actually received was not justified by the cost.. My nephews Mother contacted me and sent photo.. I immediately contacted teleflora via email so that I could attach photos of what I ordered and what was actually received, which didn't even go to church( which I asked and included church address)Tele ***** credits me ***** and some change. I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet for a VP of my company. Reference #: ********** on 1/19/24. The order was to be delivered on 1/20/24. I received an email that it would not be delivered on 1/20/24 so I needed to choose another date which was Monday 1/22/24. Email confirmation of delivery was received 1/22/24. The problem was that not only was the flower delivery actually 1/23/24 but the flowers delivered were not even close to what was ordered. Was very disappointed in Teleflora. I ordered flowers for my moms funeral. They not only sent the wrong arrangement, but the flowers were wilted. After things settled down I called customer service and they credited my card 30% after sending them pictures of what I ordered versus what we received. But the damage was already done and could not be reversed. I will never use this business again.

I placed an order for a funeral and received a confirmation that it would be delivered on the day I requested, and I paid a premium to make sure that was the case. On the day of delivery I was told it could not be delivered until the next day, which would still have been in time for the visitation. AFTER the visitation had started I was informed that it was not going to be there in time, but that it would be delivered in time for the funeral. Ordered a sweet baby block arrangement for a little girl. Paid for same day delivery. It was not delivered until next day. The order was a grandma like order with clear vase and not something for a new baby. I was embarrassed that my son and wife received this for my first grandchild. I called the company who offered me 30% refund and 30% on new order. Never offered to make it right. Will never order from them again.

*** 8th I ordered a floral arrangement and chocolate pretzels for deliver to my friend for her birthday the following day, *** 9th. The pretzels are handmade so they wouldn't be delivered until the 10th, which was fine because the flowers would be delivered on her birthday. Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday and she never recieved them. They were suppose to be there January 17, **** and on January 18, **** I contacted them wanting to know why the flowers had never been delivered. They already took the $95 off my credit card. They never contacted us, they never called my mom, they tried to state my mom wasn't available to recieve the Flowers yesterday. I could not get Teleflora to accept an order to a legitimate, easily verifiable address. I tried 3 times and they canceled every time. They even had my contact information but did nothing on their part to resolve the issue. Use another online flower service that wants a customer's business.
