I've had decent luck with this vendor for the past several years, but they botched two consecutive orders this year for the same recipient address and I will never use them again. The first was Easter, which I ordered for delivery Easter Sunday (at a premium delivery rate). After receiving confirmation the order was on time, they updated the delivery to Monday. Huge disappointment. Flowers I ordered weeks in advance with extra delivery fee for Sunday delivery did not arrive. Worst part, they were flowers for Mother's Day. No flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day. **************** (clearly not US based) was not helpful. They could not reach the local florist. No explanation. They offered me a 30% discount? For what - not getting flowers to my own mother on Mother's Day. STAY AWAY from this company.

They took my order for a Mothers Day fruit basket for delivery several days before Mothers Day. On may 11 I get notification that my delivery was hand delivered to recipient. I was out of town. I called family to make sure delivery arrived but it had not. After several emails back and forth with teleflora and given the run around they finally told me the order has been canceled because the local florist didnt have the fruit. I will echo in support of the MANY many complaints on this insidious company and their absolute horrid customer service. I spent two hours on the phone yesterday after discovering Teleflora cancelled my order the day of delivery (45 min earlier I received an email confirming my delivery that day). I ordered days earlier, but they wait until the day of delivery to cancel my order, without offering any consolation, no future discounts, no possibility of rescheduling, absolutely nothing. Ordered Monday some flowers for my MIL for Mothers Day. On late Friday I get an email that they cancelled my order because of issues finding a florist. Why am I hearing about this Friday?! In April of this year, I ordered flowers, a balloon and a handwritten card to be delivered to my 101 year old mom on Mothers Day. I paid extra and even more for a delivery time before 1 PM. I knew I would be flying home that day and wanted it to be a surprise so she could have it before I arrived home. How to ruin a Mother's Day! Teleflora!! I will never use this company ever again! I ordered flowers for my mom on Thursday, May 9 to be delivered Sunday, May 12. I got an email at 6:00 am on Mother's Day to let me know that my order was canceled because they were unable to find a florist to fulfill the order, I spoke to a representative in *****, and he simply said they couldn't do anything about it, and if I wanted to keep the order they could deliver them on Tuesday, May 14th. Absolutely would never recommend to anyone. I ordered hundreds of dollars in flowers 4 days in advance for my grandfathers funeral from the family, paid extra to have them arrive the day of the service, and they did not arrive AT ALL. The negligence and unprofessionalism is astounding. BEYOND terrible experience.
