This florist took an order for my mother's funeral and they never arrived. My relative called customer service after the funeral finding out they never arrived and they stated they were not able to find a florist for the time and day. Why would you advertise your service and not have a florist available. Very disappointed and will never use this company again!

Terrible experience. I placed an order for a funeral and the flowers never made it. I called and I was told that they couldnt get in touch with the florist and therefore didnt know where my order was. Basically my only option was a refund. No apology given. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them.

They will ruin a Birthday surprise and don't care.The flowers, balloon, and chocolates I ordered to be delivered to my best friend on her birthday were not delivered. I don't care that they were sent to the wrong address. They would not resend the flowers either "That's not our policy." They offered a refund and then asked me to rate their service. Absolutely terrible ! I placed an order for a specific anniversary date and it came a day late. It said it was delivered on the correct date but was not. I ordered a container with a butterfly on it because it had a special meaning to the person receiving the gift but they showed up looking nothing like the picture. The bouquet I ordered promised "pink roses, ivory alstroemeria, miniature pink carnations, pink sinuata statice, dusty ******, and lemon leaf with a large green echeveria succulent". The photo showed five roses at the minimum. The bouquet that was delivered contained exactly 2 pink roses, pink alstroemeria, 2 miniature pink carnations, a large green chrysanthemum, and basic greens - no succulents, no statice, no dusty ******, no lemon leaf. Terrible. They did not deliver the flowers, and for weeks they cant tell me if the order will be delivered but refuse to cancel and issue a refund. Very poor customer service, the email responses are generic and unhelpful, almost seem AI generated.I dont recommend teleflora, and I wont use it again.

I placed an online order and received a confirmation on Monday 5/20/24 for flowers to be delivered on 5/25/24. On Tuesday 5/21/24 I received an email stating that delivery could not be made on 5/25/24 and was given the option of delivering on 5/24/24 instead. PATHETIC! WHAT A JOKE!!! As soon as I placed the order, they sent a message that they cannot provide the same bouquet, but they will provide a substitution very similar to what I ordered. Good thing I asked for a picture, and after seeing it, obviously I asked to receive a refund, which they issued, but this company should not be in business! How can you get away with doing such a terrible business? You should be removed off the marketplace and spare us all from dealing with you! SHAME ON YOU!

I ordered a orchid and got grocery store flowers - i could have done that. they charged me full price or the orchids, also did not deliver them on time, the following day i got no correspondance regarding what was going on with my order, and then luckily i asked my friend to send over a picture. and its a complete wrong bouquet that was not worth 85 dollars.
