July 31 was my daughters birthday, I called Teleflora to have a vase sent to her. Signed off computer went to bed knowing that she would be so happy to see that OK delivered to her house to say it was never delivered now Im not the type of person to be, looking at my emails hanging onto my phone for notifications and so forth little did I know that night I received an email from them that they couldnt fulfill the order. Teleflora is the worst company. I spent $ ******, for flowers for my sick aunt. I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before 1:00 pm. The flowers were not delivered on time. I then was told the flowers will be delivered at 2:00 pm, flowers still were not delivered on time. Although I was credited $15.00, I will never use this company again. Dont waste your money and pay extra or your time.

Teleflora is a scam !!!! I ordered a live plant with a green mosaic vase for my friend that just had lost her father and she loves mosaics and the color green . She sent me the picture when she got it and it was a totally different order, hers was a floral arrangement on a glass simple vase !!!! When I called them to apologize, they simply stated that they run out of my request and sent that instead, my heart and her heart are both broken , plus I'm furious, my order costs much more than what they sent her.

I ordered the most expensive arrangement (Get Well) for a close friend, with next day, before 1PM delivery. My friend received the arrangement prior to 1PM and sent me a photo in her "thank you" text. The photo of the arrangement wasn't even close to what I ordered. I contacted TeleFlora, which immediately began a $34 refund (25% of what I spent). I again contacted TeleFlora and asked if I waive the refund could they please just send what I ordered. They refused. I will no longer do business with this on-line florist.

I ordered with teleflora, I didnt realize this place was around the corner from my house or I wouldnt have paid the $21.00 service fee (which is a rip off and isnt told to you when you purchase the Groupon). The flowers I ordered were for my fiancs birthday. I was about to change my reservation because I was planning to leave at 6p and they werent delivered yet. I would give them zero if available. Ordered flowers for announcement of our 1st great granddaughter. Flowers were never delivered. **************** has very flip attitude and not interested in fixing issue. Last time ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law when her mom passed away. Flowers were nothing like what was ordered. I understand substitution bit not even the vase was the right color. Don't waste time with thus service, you won't enjoy the experience.

Useless. Ordered flowers for my mom's 81st birthday, a Sunday. They call that Sunday morning and say they cannot deliver it that day.But they can do the next day!Useless.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement on June 30 to be delivered on July 1. On July 1 I received a call stating that the arrangement would be delivered on July 2. On July 2 I received a call stating that the arrangement would be delivered on July 3, I tried to find out what the reason was and was not given any answer. I cancelled the arrangement and contacted a different florist. I can highly recommend NOT USING TELEFLORIST!!

I'm truly disappointed with the florist who developed and delivered my order. It raises serious questions whether or not I will be using Teleflora in the future. The flowers were delivered to my sister with no name card; she didn't know who sent them until I called her two days later. If didn't call her, she never had known who sent them. There was supposed to be a Happy Birthday balloon with the order; the picture my sister sent to me did not have a balloon.
