UNABLE TO LEAVE NO STARS. How many more emotional victims does Teleflora need to apologize to? ALARMING! They need to stop sending florists orders to the many, many vendors who DENY the orders. Then keep that information from the customer. Meanwhile sending FALSE emails with wrong information on them, especially that the flowers were delivered when indeed the order was never accepted let alone NEVER DELIVERED . and charge EXTRA for this attempt at a timed delivery. iNSULT TO INJURY. I ordered flowers for my sister in law funeral, I ordered them on Monday and they were supposed to be delivered on Friday, *********** was on Saturday and they couldn't even delivered then then, they were closed, The next day for delivery was Monday. after the service. POOR service. NEVER Buying from them again. I do not live close, so it looks like I don't care.

Ordered $103 ************* design, they sent cheap vase with flowers that came from ******** They canceled the order and did florists choice. They did not come close to a $100 arrangement. They are money hungry not service oriented. Shame on them. It was for a VERY special birthday and they embarrassed me because I'm not able to get to her and the flowers sucked. Shame on them for not being concerned about return customers. They don't care which is obvious by the many sites with bad reviews.

Horrible service!!! I ordered flowers for a very extremely important date in my family. I placed 6 orders and 1 order has yet to be delivered. Another order arrived 2 days late and on that order it showed it was delivered on March 2nd and it wasnt. They lied about it being delivered on time. **************** is a waste of time you cant talk to a live person its a recorded voice pretending to be a person. It has been ***********************.

Disappointed, embarrassed, not happy! SHAME ON YOU!I ordered a funeral arrangement for someone very dear and important to me, my Godmother/immediate relative. Presentation is very important for floral arrangements especially large focal point displays on tripod stands because its main use is 2 days *** and they are meant to stand out. Awful. It was my birthday and my husband ordered an arrangement off their website. The flowers that were delivered were not anything from the picture and even the vase wasn't the same. When I called they said the local florist can change anything up to a minor amount if they don't have the supplies. This was nothing like the picture. Looked like someone thru a bunch of rejects in. DON'T ORDER FROM TELEFLORA- EVEN THE SUPERVISORS DON'T CARE. They offered me a refund of 27% and this was a premiium arrangement at $90!.

YOU DIDNT SEND IT. YOU CANCELED MY ORDER. Spent hours to find the perfect planter for a friends Dads funeral. I wanted a plant that she could keep!! What was delivered was a vase of flowers. The only positive was that something was delivered. In the print they say substituting may happen. But is its even close. Lessen learned, dont spend time looking through all the beautiful designs, just click designers choice. Or order from Amazon & get what you ordered.

February 13th I ordered a *********** day arrangement for my boyfriend. I understand that it was last minute and other sites were sold out and teleflora was not so I figured it would be fine. The arrangement was over $50 and after frees it wait to a little over $80! But I understood because of the holiday. On the 14th I get an email to reschedule so I rescheduled it to the 15th on the 15th I get a call it needs to be rescheduled again.
