Ordered Monday some flowers for my MIL for Mothers Day. On late Friday I get an email that they cancelled my order because of issues finding a florist. Why am I hearing about this Friday?! In April of this year, I ordered flowers, a balloon and a handwritten card to be delivered to my 101 year old mom on Mothers Day. I paid extra and even more for a delivery time before 1 PM. I knew I would be flying home that day and wanted it to be a surprise so she could have it before I arrived home. How to ruin a Mother's Day! Teleflora!! I will never use this company ever again! I ordered flowers for my mom on Thursday, May 9 to be delivered Sunday, May 12. I got an email at 6:00 am on Mother's Day to let me know that my order was canceled because they were unable to find a florist to fulfill the order, I spoke to a representative in *****, and he simply said they couldn't do anything about it, and if I wanted to keep the order they could deliver them on Tuesday, May 14th. Absolutely would never recommend to anyone. I ordered hundreds of dollars in flowers 4 days in advance for my grandfathers funeral from the family, paid extra to have them arrive the day of the service, and they did not arrive AT ALL. The negligence and unprofessionalism is astounding. BEYOND terrible experience.

How can this company have an A+ rating from BBB when my experience and multiple other reports have been nothing short of a disaster? AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There are 1409 reviews, 85% are one star. We ordered a floral from their website the day prior and paid $81 to have the flowers delivered the next day. We found out the flowers are being delivered from the same town we wanted them delivered to. It is now 5 PM and the flowers were not delivered. They said delivery is from 11AM to 7PM.
