Terrible. They did not deliver the flowers, and for weeks they cant tell me if the order will be delivered but refuse to cancel and issue a refund. Very poor customer service, the email responses are generic and unhelpful, almost seem AI generated.I dont recommend teleflora, and I wont use it again.

I placed an online order and received a confirmation on Monday 5/20/24 for flowers to be delivered on 5/25/24. On Tuesday 5/21/24 I received an email stating that delivery could not be made on 5/25/24 and was given the option of delivering on 5/24/24 instead. PATHETIC! WHAT A JOKE!!! As soon as I placed the order, they sent a message that they cannot provide the same bouquet, but they will provide a substitution very similar to what I ordered. Good thing I asked for a picture, and after seeing it, obviously I asked to receive a refund, which they issued, but this company should not be in business! How can you get away with doing such a terrible business? You should be removed off the marketplace and spare us all from dealing with you! SHAME ON YOU!

I ordered a orchid and got grocery store flowers - i could have done that. they charged me full price or the orchids, also did not deliver them on time, the following day i got no correspondance regarding what was going on with my order, and then luckily i asked my friend to send over a picture. and its a complete wrong bouquet that was not worth 85 dollars. I've had decent luck with this vendor for the past several years, but they botched two consecutive orders this year for the same recipient address and I will never use them again. The first was Easter, which I ordered for delivery Easter Sunday (at a premium delivery rate). After receiving confirmation the order was on time, they updated the delivery to Monday. Huge disappointment. Flowers I ordered weeks in advance with extra delivery fee for Sunday delivery did not arrive. Worst part, they were flowers for Mother's Day. No flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day. **************** (clearly not US based) was not helpful. They could not reach the local florist. No explanation. They offered me a 30% discount? For what - not getting flowers to my own mother on Mother's Day. STAY AWAY from this company.

They took my order for a Mothers Day fruit basket for delivery several days before Mothers Day. On may 11 I get notification that my delivery was hand delivered to recipient. I was out of town. I called family to make sure delivery arrived but it had not. After several emails back and forth with teleflora and given the run around they finally told me the order has been canceled because the local florist didnt have the fruit. I will echo in support of the MANY many complaints on this insidious company and their absolute horrid customer service. I spent two hours on the phone yesterday after discovering Teleflora cancelled my order the day of delivery (45 min earlier I received an email confirming my delivery that day).
