I would give them zero if available. Ordered flowers for announcement of our 1st great granddaughter. Flowers were never delivered. **************** has very flip attitude and not interested in fixing issue. Last time ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law when her mom passed away. Flowers were nothing like what was ordered. I understand substitution bit not even the vase was the right color. Don't waste time with thus service, you won't enjoy the experience.

Useless. Ordered flowers for my mom's 81st birthday, a Sunday. They call that Sunday morning and say they cannot deliver it that day.But they can do the next day!Useless.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement on June 30 to be delivered on July 1. On July 1 I received a call stating that the arrangement would be delivered on July 2. On July 2 I received a call stating that the arrangement would be delivered on July 3, I tried to find out what the reason was and was not given any answer. I cancelled the arrangement and contacted a different florist. I can highly recommend NOT USING TELEFLORIST!!

I'm truly disappointed with the florist who developed and delivered my order. It raises serious questions whether or not I will be using Teleflora in the future. The flowers were delivered to my sister with no name card; she didn't know who sent them until I called her two days later. If didn't call her, she never had known who sent them. There was supposed to be a Happy Birthday balloon with the order; the picture my sister sent to me did not have a balloon. This florist took an order for my mother's funeral and they never arrived. My relative called customer service after the funeral finding out they never arrived and they stated they were not able to find a florist for the time and day. Why would you advertise your service and not have a florist available. Very disappointed and will never use this company again!

Terrible experience. I placed an order for a funeral and the flowers never made it. I called and I was told that they couldnt get in touch with the florist and therefore didnt know where my order was. Basically my only option was a refund. No apology given. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them.

They will ruin a Birthday surprise and don't care.The flowers, balloon, and chocolates I ordered to be delivered to my best friend on her birthday were not delivered. I don't care that they were sent to the wrong address. They would not resend the flowers either "That's not our policy." They offered a refund and then asked me to rate their service. Honey, a refund will NOT make up for you ruining the birthday surprise. A refund is REQUIRED and is not good customer service. We must stop congratulating companies for not doing ... read more

Absolutely terrible ! I placed an order for a specific anniversary date and it came a day late. It said it was delivered on the correct date but was not. I ordered a container with a butterfly on it because it had a special meaning to the person receiving the gift but they showed up looking nothing like the picture. It looked like a 5 year old put together this arrangement.I paid $89.00 for something that did not come on time and something that did not look at all like the picture. What a waste of money! The bouquet I ordered promised "pink roses, ivory alstroemeria, miniature pink carnations, pink sinuata statice, dusty ******, and lemon leaf with a large green echeveria succulent". The photo showed five roses at the minimum. The bouquet that was delivered contained exactly 2 pink roses, pink alstroemeria, 2 miniature pink carnations, a large green chrysanthemum, and basic greens - no succulents, no statice, no dusty ******, no lemon leaf.
