This company has ripped me off, breeched our contract, had a major data breech where all my info was stolen, then stole my business as a whole! They need to be held accountable for their actions!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a premium bouquet for my mom's 55th birthday on ******* to be delivered on *******. I didn't request a specific time, just as long as it was the specific date. Their website states delivery for residences is no later than 8pm, while their emails say 7pm. Ordered a premium flower arrangement with a hummingbird vase and filled with roses for my dying mother. Didnt get any of the those items. So disappointed. This company is a disgrace and should go to jail for false advertising. Pictures available
My Niece is in hospice care at *****************, she was turning 38 years old , I made arrangements to have a Birthday Cake made into flowers paid extra to have it delivered before 1:00 , this is her last Birthday and the flowers never arrived, I called and was told to give them until 7:00 Pm and they would remove the $15.00 fee for early arrival. The flowers never showed up . Would never use this Company again .

Teleflora is the worst company. I spent $ ******, for flowers for my sick aunt. I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before 1:00 pm. The flowers were not delivered on time. I then was told the flowers will be delivered at 2:00 pm, flowers still were not delivered on time. Although I was credited $15.00, I will never use this company again. Dont waste your money and pay extra or your time.

Teleflora is a scam !!!! I ordered a live plant with a green mosaic vase for my friend that just had lost her father and she loves mosaics and the color green . She sent me the picture when she got it and it was a totally different order, hers was a floral arrangement on a glass simple vase !!!! When I called them to apologize, they simply stated that they run out of my request and sent that instead, my heart and her heart are both broken , plus I'm furious, my order costs much more than what they sent her.

I ordered the most expensive arrangement (Get Well) for a close friend, with next day, before 1PM delivery. My friend received the arrangement prior to 1PM and sent me a photo in her "thank you" text. The photo of the arrangement wasn't even close to what I ordered. I contacted TeleFlora, which immediately began a $34 refund (25% of what I spent). I again contacted TeleFlora and asked if I waive the refund could they please just send what I ordered. They refused. I will no longer do business with this on-line florist.

I ordered with teleflora, I didnt realize this place was around the corner from my house or I wouldnt have paid the $21.00 service fee (which is a rip off and isnt told to you when you purchase the Groupon).
