WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!!!! Took my order, my money, guaranteed next day delivery and then called me after the delivery was due to be dropped off to tell me they needed two more days.... Their customer service team was terrible as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

I paid for a premium bouquet and what I received was very small with only two roses in it compared to the minimum of four that I see in the picture on website. I specifically got this bouquet because it had a succulent in remembrance of my father in law that passed away. What I received had no succulent at all. I also had a card with the order and there was no card delivered so they had no idea who it was even from.

Never delivered the flowers and they tried again late the next day. They still never delivered them. Embarrassing for me.

Paid for a premium bouquet in a mid-century modern vase but what was delivered were 15 crappy flowers thrown in a tin watering can. They get one star for actually delivering on time.

My wife placed an order for a small plant for her mother in honor of her father we lost recently. It was ordered 5 days prior and they call us right before delivery cutoff to state they cannot make delivery due to not being able to contact the recipient which is not stated on the website unless special instructions are included but that is also not stated. Since they waited until the last minute we were unable to make other arrangements, my wife was also interrupted several times during her call and then hung up on. I called... read more

They delivered a day late. Never contacted me. I contacted them. The container/pitcher was not even close. I understand they put a disclaimer there may be substitutions, but they should give a discount or option to cancel if you are not going to get what you ordered. The container/pitcher was the whole reason I ordered from them. From what I have read this happens often. Late and not what I wanted. Wish there was a lower score than one but no such luck.

Upon the death of my brother's father-in-law, I clicked on the link in the funeral home's obituary to send flowers. I was directed to Teleflora. I placed my order 8 days in advance of the funeral. On the day of the funeral, at the time the service was scheduled to begin, I received a phone call from Teleflora advising me that the florist would not be able to make the delivery. Sent an $80.00 plant to a friend whose mother had passed...It looked pitiful and I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed Never again will I use Teleflora...
