Have basically scammed me. Didnt do same day delivery, then didnt deliver the flowers to the right house if they delivered them at all. Absolute feels like a scam. NEVER use this company.

These people are absolutely horrible I paid $130 for them to deliver $58 flowers and not just that I was like okay since they're just $58 I'll get a balloon and a flower and a handwritten note they charged me $130 there's $30 is that is a service fee and that service fee is saying if you pay me this money we're going to make sure it's delivered correct like right I think maybe and nothing was there except for the flowers and then when I called to ask for a refund or some something to make me feel better about the situation t... read more

My son sent flowers to my daughter because her Birthday the vase was big with very few flowers for the price he paid. They delivered the flowers at almost 6:00 in the afternoon,. I used to sent flowers with teleflora before l never had any problems. But this time we are very disappointed. Not more teleflora.

I ordered a centerpiece on 12/20. It was for a Christmas Eve party and was supposed to arrive 12/21. It never came. I called customer service and they said it was delivered, which it wasnt. Then the replacement order date, which the woman guaranteed would arrive on time, moved from 12/22 to 12/23, then to 12/24. Then I get an email about a refund because they couldnt find a flower shop near me (I live next to a major city) who could deliver. So now I had no time to find any sort of a replacement. I placed an order for flower delivery as a Christmas present, teleflora accepted the order on 20 Dec for a 21 Dec delivery, on 21 Dec they said the order needed to be delayed and that it could be delivered on the 22nd, then on the 22nd it had to be pushed to the 23rd. On the 23rd they called and said they couldnt find a florist in the area to accept the order. So on 23 Dec I now have no recourse from Teleflora beyond a refund and no Christmas flowers for my mother. This is completely unacceptable that they accepted the order... read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Teleflora. I ordered flowers to arrive on 12/14 for an important occasion, but they never showed up. After confirming via email that the delivery would happen on 12/15, the date was pushed back again to 12/16, and now theyre saying they wont deliver until 12/17! This repeated delay is completely unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive orders.

Ordered a PREMIUM bouquet that was supposed to feature Orange roses, yellow viking chrysanthemums, bronze cushion chrysanthemums, green button spray chrysanthemums, red hypericum, seeded eucalyptus, fall leaves and salal in a terra-cotta pot. What was actually delivered was a potted plant of merrigolds with 8 flowers on it, for $83 after tip I expect SO MUCH MORE!! I had a $ 15 coupon for a previous mishap after the birth of my grandson; so I only paid $68 but still. I WILL NEVER use them again.

TERRIBLE!!! Purchased flowers and paid extra to have them delivered next day. They marked the order as delivered but they never arrived! **************** is a joke! They cant help with anything and you have to wait 24 hours for them to call so they can process a refund? Then another up to 10 days for said refund? WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I recently sent flowers to a colleague and she never received them. The teleflora customer service said the local florist told them they were delivered, but they offered absolutely no resolution for me. They simply thanked me for my business, thats it. Further, they did not respond to subsequent email requests. Im out $100 and my colleague never got the flowers.
