Ad said next day delivery option, they postponed delivery extra day. Said flower availability but did not offer any suggestions just delayed order after giving me 3 sizes and said had to go to largest size for area. Really disappointed!

Tried ordering twice, two separate orders, for a friend who just lost a loved one, both times they were cancelled. Im sure Ill get a refund but dang! So disappointing.

I ordered the Breezy Pink Bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her 75th birthday. The description was pink roses, pink carnations and green hydrangea in a frosted pink vase. She received a clear vase with daisies and a few white roses----there was not a pink flower included. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my brother in laws funeral and they were supposed to be delivered 5/24. I got a confirmation email that they were delivered. The funeral director searched everywhere and confirmed they were not there. This company did nothing to help nor had an ounce of sympathy. Ya sure I got my money back but that is not what I wanted. I placed a flower order on Friday for a Saturday delivery. This was for a funeral. On Monday, I was informed that the flowers were not delivered. The only explanation was the florist they placed the order with does not accept orders for Saturday. How can a company not know this? This is very poor service. TELEFLORA did the bare minimum of apologizing and refunding my money but nothing else. They do not care about the customer.
On 5/9/25, I ordered a floral spray for a funeral to be delivered 5/14/25. I contacted Teleflora and spoke with Darma (sp) who said that the flowers had not yet been arranged and guaranteed that they would arrive on 5/15 before 4P EST. The funeral services were scheduled to begin 5/15 at 4p. The flowers never came. When I called they would only say that the florist didnt answer the phone and refused to give me the name of the florist. So awful. I got a delivery confirmation at 2pm on the day of my selected delivery - nothing was delivered. I called customer service and they said the order would arrive by 7pm today. The order never arrived at the recipients address during the promised window (or at all!!!) Completely unacceptable. Not sure this is even a legitimate service.

Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs.I placed three Mothers Day orders well in advance, and they still managed to completely botch every single one. Two were canceled at the last minute with no explanation, and the third was delayed more than 24 hours (even though I paid for guaranteed Mothers Day delivery well in advance) with the excuse that the florists vehicle had issues.
