Ordered an Eternity Wreath for a funeral and was never delivered despite receiving a confirmation for my order. Never received any notification that they couldnt complete the order. Disgusting.

Ordered a sympathy bouquet early Monday morning. Upon placing order it indicated the order would be delivered that day. I received an email that afternoon stating delivery could not be made until Tuesday. Not ideal, but I could live with it. Then on Tuesday I received another email stating my order had been canceled. I am very unhappy with Teleflora, and their lack of ability to fulfill my order and not even letting me know of the situation until nearly 48 hours after order was made.

Teleflora cancelled my flower delivery the day of my sisters birthday, via email. They didnt even have the decency to call and tell me right away. They claimed they couldnt find a florist within their network of florists. (It is in ******, **) Yet the first local florist I called was able to get something out the same day. I will never use Teleflora again.

I recently got engaged and was excited to get flowers from teleflora for my fiances birthday yesterday. Not only did the flowers show up outside the delivery window that is absurd and goes until 7 PM, which is after we were already at dinner celebrating, but also they showed up at midnight while we were asleep.
