I will NEVER order from Teleflora again! The flowers that arrived for my friend's father's funeral service were nothing like I ordered. They were supposed to be 24 1/2" wide by 19-1/4" tall, and include approximately 8 different plants. What arrived was appx 10" wide, and 10" tall, with with 3-4 small plants. Very pathetic indeed. I could have picked up something nicer from a local grocery store. I did call Teleflora and reported the problem. They said they will issue a full refund.

I purchased the "How Sweet it is " bouquet for my aunt's birthday in ******. She did not receive the same bouquet as advertised on their website. It look like a kid put together few flowers inside a glass vase. I paid $65.97 and they only offered to refund $16.49. This is not acceptable way of running business. I have a picture of what was delivered if it is needed.

Very unbelievably rude customer service. Offered little to no help on why my order did not go through two weeks ago. Claims that teleflora tried to contact me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Ordered casket flowers for my mother in law well in advance. Between working, life, and planning funeral I hadnt checked email. Got to the funeral home and there was no floral arrangement. Called and found out it was cancelled. No call or text which was more than warranted. **************** didnt care and even hung up on me. Later found out I had 3 other family members that ordered and got email cancellations.

I ordered a plant as a congratulatory gift for a colleague of mine. Rather than a beautiful plant in a lovely pot with a stand they received a floral arrangement. The purpose of the plant was to have something they could keep in their new office. Rather than trying to rectify the issue I was given a partial refund and discount code for next time. I doubt their will be a next time given how my first and only experience was horrible.

I ordered same day funeral flowers and the website clearly said they could be delivered same day if I ordered by 12pm, MT, I ordered at 10:30, they took complete payment and captured payment, an hour later I got a message to reschedule for three days later, and I cancelled and they will keep my payment for up to 10 days, awful never again. We ordered a very specific Teleflora funeral arrangement for a very important person. What arrived looked nothing like the photo or description: a different design, different flowers, a different color palette, and an overall cheap, hastily assembled look. I submitted one order for 4 different arrangements using the Teleflora website (teleflora.com) to be delivered 3 days later to the same address in ****************. Once the order was submitted, I received 4 different confirmation emails, one email for each arrangement that I had ordered. For each arrangement, I was charged a separate delivery charge or service fee, which totalled $84.96!! I had submitted one online order with four arrangements going to one address. **** and switch advertising. Promised delivery on 9/29/25. Contacted me that evening informing delivery wasn't made and would be done the following day without additional charges. Promised delivery on 9/30/25. Evening of that day communicated that order was unable to be fulfilled and a refund would be coming in 2 to 10 days. Terrible.
