Have pictures of what was received and what was advertised. Not even close. I would consider false advertising. No help from the customer service but a 25% off future order. I will never use them again and I suggeste no one else either. I Wish I could post the pictures for proof. Completely terrible. This was for a 15yr wedding anniversary.

I ordered flowers 5 days in advance of my sisters 60th birthday. 90 minutes before the flower arrangement was scheduled to be delivered, I received a text and email that there was a problem with the order and I was to call customer service. The customer service representative told me that the delivery could not be completed because they could not reach the local florist. I ordered flowers 2 days in advance of my son and daughter-in-law's 1st wedding anniversary. The next day, I received a notice my order was being cancelled for some 'irregularity'. There was NO irregularity: my ********** already processed the charge. I called the phone number and answered some questions and the automated system said the order would then be delivered. Teleflora was supposed to send flowers to a friend's grandmother's funeral. I asked that they be delivered the day before the funeral. I ordered well ahead of time, they called me on my way to the funeral and said they were not going to be able to deliver, leaving me no time to make other arrangements. I was severely disappointed with the entire situation and will never be using this "service" again.

Never delivered order with no notice. Had to call company and offered to resend at later date for more money than my original order. On the phone with them for over an hour. Not US company or customer service. Will NEVER use them again!!

I haven't used teleflora for years because they would send out the smallest bouquet versus the premium one that I purchased. This literally happened twice but I couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere so I thought I'd try it again and once again my friend got the bouquet that was the smallest one not the premium one. The arrangement I ordered was not the one that got delivered. Called the florist and was told they (teleflora) changed the order without my approval to something cheaper but kept my money for the more expensive one. Also learned that they keep more than half the money and expect the florist to make the arrangements with less than half of what it cost to make it. I will be doing all my business directly with a florist from now on. Shame on you for ripping hard working people off.

Unacceptable Service from Teleflora I am beyond disappointed with Telefloras handling of my order. I placed an order three days in advance for a funeral arrangementan occasion where timing and reliability are critical.
