Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter 5 days ahead of the date. They were never delivered. Teleflora's solution? 25% off my next order!!! They will never see my business again.

On 09/12 I ordered flowers for a special occasion with my long distance girlfriend. I even paid $15 extra to make sure they were delivered before 1pm. They werent, so I emailed them asking to have the $15 refunded. I was very concise and clear. Instead they cancelled my whole order. I recently got engaged and was excited to get flowers from teleflora for my fiances birthday yesterday. Not only did the flowers show up outside the delivery window that is absurd and goes until 7 PM, which is after we were already at dinner celebrating, but also they showed up at midnight while we were asleep.
