If I could give Zero Stars I would. Our funeral flower arrangement that we ordered weeks in advance did not get delivered for the service despite opting to pay extra for early delivery. When speaking to *** (Telafloral Supervisor) she stated they knew the arrangement was not going to be delivered on time and attempted to resource other local florists. We, the customer, were never notified of this change or we would have found another way of sending flowers or a gift to the deceased's family. Terrible service. They did not of... read more

Ordered $250 florals for a funeral and received a text that they could not deliver. They then said they delivered, yet no one received the flowers!When I emailed them saying nothing was received, they were to look into this and show proof of delivery. They NEVER did. When I reached out again some months later, they said it was too late. They count on people getting busy and hope you will forget.Never received a credit or anything. This is criminal!

Ordered a spray for my uncles funeral, 3 days before it needed to be delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received a text that they would not be able to deliver it that day asking for me to choose a different delivery date. I called and cancelled the order had to find a local florist as the funeral was 3 states away who would be able to do a gorgeous spray for his funeral and deliver it before I drove the 6 hours to the funeral. I will never use teleflora again.

Canceled my order, the day it was to be delivered. POOR customer service, AND my credit card was NOT refunded! How can a business continue doing business like this? Better yet, how are they rating A+ from BBB?

Absolutely disappointed with the poor quality and quantity of the sympathy funeral floral arrangement (Telefloras Sapphire Skies Bouquet -Deluxe) that I ordered but was delivered by ****** Flowers, Midwest OK on 04/17/26. Vase and number of flowers used werent the same as the one I ordered in the Telefloras website. Vase used was just painted and color was peeling off and there were less flowers. I had placed an order for a friend who lost her father & what they sent was not what was expected. They agreed to issue me a 50% but its been 14 days & the credit hasn`t shown up. **************** sent ME to billing company that they used to find my credit & the billing company can`t help me. I am getting the run around instead of getting my credit. I need help to get my money!!!!!!! They have shown me horrible customer service

I purchased Colors Of The Rainbow Bouquet (Premium) priced at $124.99 + tax + shipping for my mom. I was expecting big bouquet measuring approximately 28 1/2 inches tall by 23 1/2 inches wide as described on the Teleflora website. When it got dropped off on my porch, its looked tiny. I never measured flowers before but this was insulting, so I got out my tape measure. It measured 17 inches wide. Seriously! Teleflora should have florist take pictures of what they're delivering to ensure this doesn't happen.
