I ordered a succulent arrangement and spent over $100. The order was filled with a houseplant in a measly pot. It looked pathetic. Im guessing that this is their business model. Ripping off the customer hoping they wont get caught. My recipient sent a photo and I was shocked. I will never use them again and highly recommend everyone reading this not to use them.

We ordered the Deluxe Cotton Candy flowers for a dear cousin's 2 hour visitation. The flowers were delivered on time. When we saw the very tiny "bouquet," I nearly burst into tears. There were 2 pink flowers and the rest were WILTED daisies. There should have been roses, mums, pink carnations, etc. - a lovely full arrangement. I ordered February 24 for February 27 visitation. This company does not deserve any stars. Wanted to send my sister-in-law an arrangement for her 70th birthday which landed on a Sunday. I even paid $15 to have it delivered by 1:00 pm. All day their AI customer service stated that the order was in route or already delivered. She never received it. She was home all day. The next day I sent a note to Teleflora. I would have given NO STARS if I could have. I placed an order online with Teleflora to have flowers delivered for my friend's birthday and those flowers were never delivered. Nor was I contacted by Teleflora to inform me that the flowers were not delivered. I had to contact them multiple times to determine the order was not delivered. I was also told by the agent that confirmed my order was not delivered that since most florists are closed on Sundays that I shouldn't have placed my order for a Sunday delivery. Teleflora was to deliver flowers to my parents for their anniversary today 2/16/26. The delivery never came and my parents were waiting around for the delivery all day.
