I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Teleflora for funeral flower arrangements.We chose Teleflora because we liked the selection of arrangements available on their website. I ordered a plant in a beautiful vase for a friend and 4 flowers were delivered, no plant. Do not use Teleflora. It is a scam. The flowers delivered were not equivalent to the plant I ordered. Teleflora did not inform me of the change in product and I only found out because my friend sent a picture of what was delivered.

I ordered 40th Birthday flowers over a week before the day needed. I paid an extra $15 for delivery by 1pm. The day of delivery, 1pm, no flowers. I reached out via chat only to be told that the $15 was for a preference of delivery, and not guaranteed. Ther flowers arrived shortly before 5pm. Cheap, poor quality. Would not recommend.

Do not be fooled by the pictures . What you see is NOT what you get . Ive been requesting a refund for several weeks. Was told I would have it back in my account by June 1st. Its June 2nd and I sent another email If they respond I might give them 2 stars just for the refund

I ordered some flowers to encourage my daughter right before her wedding. I received an automated response, saying that they were hand-delivered, when they were not hand-delivered.All **************** said was that theyre so sorry and its auto generated. However, I said how can it be saying it was hand-delivered instead of that its out for delivery?**************** did nothing to fix the issue.

Let me provide a consumer alert about my experience... I ordered an arrangement for a funeral delivery within 48 hours of the need. I was informed the day of that my ordered would not be fulfilled and would I accept an alternative. I declined the alternative and requested a refund which was gracefully given.
