I just had a bad experience with Teleflora 12/2025. Paid $90+ and got tiny poinsetta. Site is misleading with it's offers of beautiful bouquets. I could've gotten nicer one at grocery store for fraction of cost. When I called customer service they said system would ring me back in 20 or so minutes. Well, that was yesterday around 3PM. Sent ticket and waiting.

If I could leave a zero I would I have ordered flowers from Teleflora for 2 separate funerals. The first one they cancelled my order said they couldnt find a shop to take my order. Finally found one and delivered the flowers to the familys home the day after the funeral verses the funeral home. This time ordered a spray for mothers casket they sent an email that they cancelled order for same reason less than 24 hours before funeral leaving us scrambling to find flowers for the casket. rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience with Teleflora was extremely disappointing, the product clearly did not match what I paid for. Flowers ordered for a funderal visitation on Nov 7 were ordered on Nov 6 but were not delivered and made no attempt to contact me to inform me the order was not fulfilled and delivered. Only when i reached out to them regarding the issue did they acknowledge the failure to deliver as promised and offered and gave a full refund. Very poor service for a company you rely on in times of grief to comfort a family. Will never use this company again.

I will NEVER order from Teleflora again! The flowers that arrived for my friend's father's funeral service were nothing like I ordered. They were supposed to be 24 1/2" wide by 19-1/4" tall, and include approximately 8 different plants. What arrived was appx 10" wide, and 10" tall, with with 3-4 small plants. Very pathetic indeed. I could have picked up something nicer from a local grocery store. I did call Teleflora and reported the problem. They said they will issue a full refund.

I purchased the "How Sweet it is " bouquet for my aunt's birthday in ******. She did not receive the same bouquet as advertised on their website. It look like a kid put together few flowers inside a glass vase. I paid $65.97 and they only offered to refund $16.49. This is not acceptable way of running business. I have a picture of what was delivered if it is needed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Ordered casket flowers for my mother in law well in advance. Between working, life, and planning funeral I hadnt checked email. Got to the funeral home and there was no floral arrangement. Called and found out it was cancelled. No call or text which was more than warranted. **************** didnt care and even hung up on me. Later found out I had 3 other family members that ordered and got email cancellations.

I ordered a plant as a congratulatory gift for a colleague of mine. Rather than a beautiful plant in a lovely pot with a stand they received a floral arrangement. The purpose of the plant was to have something they could keep in their new office. Rather than trying to rectify the issue I was given a partial refund and discount code for next time. I doubt their will be a next time given how my first and only experience was horrible.
