If I could give ZERO stars I would. First the order did not arrive on time. I was easily refunded, which is the only positive part of this 1st time experience with this company. What my significant other received vs what I ordered and paid for was so completely and utterly different that this company should be shut down for fraud! It wont let me upload the pics here but it was awful!!! The arrangement wasn't even similar, the flowers were old & wilting it was terrible and unprofessional. DO ******* THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely the worst. I ordered flowers to be delivered today by 1pm for my father who passed away and they were never delivered. I do not know how this company is allowed to remain in business with the thousands of reviews between multiple sites stating the same issue I am going through right now.
I would leave a zero if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them for a birthday floral delivery and paid $15 extra delivery fee for them to not deliver the flowers to a Child on their birthday. I called when flowers never came and was told the florist they went through decided to not retract the order but the the company did not tell me that. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered the next day even though Teleflora advertised same day delivery. I checked status mid-morning and it said it was still at the florists. I checked again an hour later, and it showed canceled. No reason given. I called customer service only to be told that they didn't have any florists in the area that could handle the order. 0 stars for this disgusting front of a service. They had no problem taking my money, then went ahead and canceled my order for being questionable. I had to wait over 30 min to speak with an incompetent pos that did nothing to help. Now my mother gets no flowers and I have to wait 10 days for my refund. Absolutely disgusting. Their flowers are s*** anyway. BUY FROM ELSEWHERE.

Rip off, wouldnt recommend them. I ordered a live plant for Mothers Day and I upgraded it to the highest amount and the florist brought out some vase with four cut roses and one carnation, which was not even close to what I ordered and was probably about $80 less than what I had ordered. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived. They say their window is until 7pm. I called the next morning to see if my mother liked the flowers and she said she never received them. Teleflora only 'reached out' to the vendor and said they could not get ahold of them.
