4 Honest Reviews I bought the Teleflora Membership and let them ruin several flower deliveries before I stopped using them. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake and choose another service or go directly to a local florist. After they failed on half of the flower deliveries in one way or another, they were refused to refund the membership that had never offered any service-add. I ordered well in advance (2/8) for a Friday (2/13) Valentines delivery. I received a message on 2/13 stating Your flowers are scheduled to be delivered today.. On 2/14, I was contacted and told that my delivery could not be made today (already a day late) due to the holiday and that Monday, 2/16 would be the new delivery date. Absolutely not! Pay full price for a late delivery - with the surprise ruined? No. I requested and was granted a refund. I will never use Teleflora again.

Sunset Funeral Home website, the obituary of your loved one prompts you to order flowers. Entered request at 12:02pm on 2/13/2026 in the amount $154.17 to be delivered the same day with service between 6-9 pm. I received receipt from Teleflora. If I could give them a zero, I would. I sure wish I had read the reviews. Just awful. I paid $66 for an order after several discounts...was supposed to be a $50 deal of the day and a $6 Get Well balloon. This is what my mother-in-law received for $66. Do not use Teleflora. This company is a total scam. I paid good money just for them to take my money and deliver awful flowers for my aunts birthday. The arrangement was beautiful online and what they delivered looked like the scraps from the floor of a floral shop. I would give 0 stars if I could. I recently ordered a beautiful rose arrangement for my aunt who is in the hospital and not doing well. Teleflora delivered the saddest possible arrangement for the money I paid. The arrangement had two full size carnations, some smaller carnations, and yellow daisies with greenery. I will never use this company again. Not only did they fail to deliver the arrangement on time for my friends birthday, but the flowers looked nothing like I ordered. They also left it outside instead of contacting my friends to schedule a handoff. Unfortunately in the heat and humidity, the flowers wilted and died. What a waste of my money. I contacted them for a refund and they credited $28 out of $114. I was so disappointed and embarrassed that my friend received such a disastrous bouquet for her birthday.
