Too many "come-ons" or proposed add-ons to run the bill higher. Annoying!

I placed an order through Teleflora on 26 Feb for a funeral that was on *************************** the day of the funeral stating they could not fill my order and were unable to deliver the flowers. Im not sure why they would wait till the day of to contact me to say that they couldnt deliver them. I am still waiting on my refund from them 2 weeks later. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I will never order through them again and I suggest you order your flowers through a different company.

Horrible service! Ordered sympathy flowers for a friend and family. Was not delivered the day it was supposed to be, the arrangement was not even close to being a sympathy arrangement. Spent close to $90 and did not even receive an apology. Definitely will never use again

I would not recommend anyone to do business with Teleflora. I placed two separate orders for two separate towns for Get Well flowers. I was scheduled for next day delivery and on the morning of the day of delivery, I get an email from ********* stating delivery cant be made on scheduled day. I call customer service and they cant provide any explanation as to why. They just kept saying the florist cant deliver today. How can Teleflora possibly have an A+ rating? I just used them for the first time and it has an awful business model! I paid $102 for a beautiful picture of what was to be sent to a friend. What she got was nothing like the picture! It looked like someone shoved some babies breath and white carnations into an old vase. No ribbon either. I called the *************** and she said they dont get the $102 from Teleflora. They got $70 and had to take money out for delivery. HOW does this company have an A+ rating? What a scam. Why do they list we cant guarantee this exact item, it might as well say we are going to roll dice and send what we want. What I ordered and what was received werent in a remotely similar vase (different shape, different color), werent similar florals or even the same color scheme. No attempt was made to contact me to ask what I might like since apparently NOTHING I had chosen was available. When I contacted them they gave me 1/4 my money back and a coupon code. Teleflora was engaged directly through a link on a funeral home website to provide a spray of flowers for a memorial service I could not attend. The order was placed 5 days in advance of scheduled delivery. I only received notification, by email, that my order could not be fulfilled 2hours ahead of the service, the day of the service. Leaving me no other option to find another florist within this timeline. I can certainly understand their inability to fulfill an order through a local florist, for any number of reasons. My mom would have had flowers on her birthday, but Teleflora was "unable to fulfill my order within their network of florists" and canceled my bouquet. Should have read the reviews. What a disappointment. Would give less stars if possible.

The only reason I used Teleflora was because they were featured in a *************** promotion, which gave the impression that this was a reputable service.Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose mother is currently battling cancer again.
