I ordered same day funeral flowers and the website clearly said they could be delivered same day if I ordered by 12pm, MT, I ordered at 10:30, they took complete payment and captured payment, an hour later I got a message to reschedule for three days later, and I cancelled and they will keep my payment for up to 10 days, awful never again. We ordered a very specific Teleflora funeral arrangement for a very important person. What arrived looked nothing like the photo or description: a different design, different flowers, a different color palette, and an overall cheap, hastily assembled look. I submitted one order for 4 different arrangements using the Teleflora website (teleflora.com) to be delivered 3 days later to the same address in ****************. Once the order was submitted, I received 4 different confirmation emails, one email for each arrangement that I had ordered. For each arrangement, I was charged a separate delivery charge or service fee, which totalled $84.96!! I had submitted one online order with four arrangements going to one address. Ordered a sympathy bouquet early Monday morning. Upon placing order it indicated the order would be delivered that day. I received an email that afternoon stating delivery could not be made until Tuesday. Not ideal, but I could live with it. Then on Tuesday I received another email stating my order had been canceled. I am very unhappy with Teleflora, and their lack of ability to fulfill my order and not even letting me know of the situation until nearly 48 hours after order was made.

Teleflora cancelled my flower delivery the day of my sisters birthday, via email. They didnt even have the decency to call and tell me right away. They claimed they couldnt find a florist within their network of florists. (It is in ******, **) Yet the first local florist I called was able to get something out the same day. I will never use Teleflora again.
