Very poor customer service. We received flowers for some ones passing in our family and the card did not mention who it was from. Both myself and my husband called them to find out who sent the flowers to us, but a very rude and dry lady said we have no idea and to call an 800 number. When we both called the 800 number they had no idea what we were talking about. Flowers delivered by my friend from Virgina. They came on a Monday 630pm. They were white long stem roses with one red long stem rose. Stars taken off for the following reasons. 1. The arrangement could have been better. There were more leaves than rose. It was like looking at a untrim beard or something. It was just thrown together. I would have given zero star if there was an option for that. I recently ordered flowers for my mom and picked a specific one with the vintage metal pitcher, which total cost about $80. but what was delivered was totally different...the point, at least give me what I paid for! I reached to the shop, but of course no response! Very disappointed and will never use them again or recommend it to anyone!

Had a dozen roses delivered Saturday, October 20, at about noon. Flowers were placed inside, on the dining room table in the shade, and were dying by Wednesday night (4 days). Rotting/moldy smell got bad on Friday (6 days), so out they went. Vase never was empty, and ambient weather was cool and humid (70 to 76 all week). Arrangement was primitive and thrifty. Won't be using this shop again. Ever.

Flowers arrived dying and brown. Called to tell the florist and the person who answered the phone just kept arguing that they were fresh that morning. After not being able to get a word in, she finally said we will send new flowers. The flowers were never sent. Will tell everyone not to use this florist.

My boyfriend tried to surprise me with flowers and chocolate until after placing an $80+ order, thought he had been scammed. We might as well have been scammed because these do not look like $80 flowers. It looks like somebody found a random bush and put it in the flower vase, the flowers are dying and the chocolate is in Russian. I would like a refund. Flower were dead or dying by the next morning. Called three times and the man named John was rude and not helpful. He blamed me. They said they would send a replacement but want old flowers back in a few days. Not holding my breath, past reviews are bad. Satisfaction was not guaranteed. ...or delivered. Well, the replacements arrived and it was half the size of the original flowers and a bunch of roses and fill greenery is not the same as exotic flowers, lily, cabbage center and artistic design.
