Horrible! Rude! Terrible. Worst florist I have ever met. Worst customer service. Rude. I ordered $100 flower arrangement from ftd - i upgraded to the most expensive premium arrangement and what I got was a cheap hand bouquet. When I complained to the owner to look on the website and compare what I got he said "I did exactly what ftd told me to make - the picture on the website doesn't matter". Ordered on FTD, spent $90 on an arrangement. When delivered received 3 roses and 4 carnations from this shop. Looked nothing like the picture online. Run from FTD and this shop.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review on this florist so they no longer take advantage of customers......please listen to these reviews and choose another florist for your business. My experience was the same as many previous reviews.......my Mom lives in FL and chose this florist online to surprise me with flowers. I took a photo of the arrangement received, sent it to my Mom & she felt it was not what she ordered and paid good money for....the arrangement was much smaller & several of the flower... read more

I have never written a review before but I had such a terrible experience with these people, I will never use them again. I ordered an arrangement on their website but my friend who received them sent me a photo which was a mish-mash of what was supposed to be sent....when I called them, the man I spoke with was rude, and argumentive. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The worst experience with a florist ever. Horrible customer service and no respect. Sent the wrong flowers that were practically dead and not fresh. They did not send the whole order or accessory items that I ordered to come along with the flowers. When I call and speak with a guy named Fred, he was completely rude and would not reason with me at all. He even called me a liar regarding my order!!! They should be shut down. My boyfriend placed an order for Thursday afternoon arrival prior to Mother's Day via FTD. According to him, the arrangement looked nothing like what he had paid for, but when they arrived they were pretty and I really appreciated getting them. Flowers arrived with no flower food, which I thought was strange. Saturday they were looking wilted, despite being in a climate controlled home, changing out the water, and exposed to filtered sunlight. I had the pleasure of speaking to the Manager after an incident in regards to the delivery for a bouquet of FRESH YELLOW roses had unfortunately arrived 2 hours late for a mutual customer of ours. The customer was extremely worried if the roses were ever going to arrive for his wife's birthday before their lunch reservation, he repeatedly called Laguna Niguel Flowers & Gifts to ask for an estimated time of arrival as it was already past due and he was greeted by a voice-mail every time he attempted to reach out to anybody. Ordered a grave site memorial spray, through 'From You Flowers'. My disappointment is that the order was given to these people. The flowers were low quality and not fresh, and the size of the spray was not as advertised. I do not recommend Laguna Niguel Flowers, if you care about the quality of the flowers and the work.

I purchased a dozen roses for my girls birthday and the flowers came wilted and only 10 roses and the owner refused to pick them up. The services are horrible and I will never order from them again.
