The rating should be zero. I ordered flowers through FTD. It is my understanding FTD just picks a flower shop near the delivery destination. (I presume they contract it somehow). So you do not get to pick the shop. The flowers I ordered were for a special occasion and were meant to encourage the recipient. Instead the recipient was insulted. The flowers were the smaller version of what I ordered and the topper was NOT in the bouquet. On top of that there was a delivery issue also. I can NOT imagine anything more discouraging... read more
Flower hack...beware of what you order. I ordered $200.00 Mothers Day bouquet, what I got was like $25.00 arrangement. I stopped by grocery store and brought a dozen roses to add. And then a make matters worse, half of the flowers died within 2-3 days after Mothers Day. The arrangement lack flowers, creativity and flowers soon died. I can't recommend this Florist....its not good.
I would not recommend this flower shop, I'll let the photos do the talking. This is not $150+ worth. Target flower arrangements look better than what was delivered by the flower shop. I attempted to call, and explained that what I received is not what I ordered or worth what I paid. Unfortunately no resolution was offered.
I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly father who ordered a bouquet for my mother. What he asked for was a dozen white roses with a single red rose in the center which was my mom's wedding bouquet 42 years ago. This was supposed to be a special and meaningful arrangement. What my mother received was a dozen white roses that looked days old as they were all open and some even wilted (see photos!). Parents ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered in memory of a recent death. Parents received a text message saying that the flowers were delivered but I never received them. Parents called the florist. Reportedly, the florist stated they would call me the next day to get directions to my home. Never got a call. Never got the delivery. Parents are sick now so not well enough to call the florist. They said they're going to let it go, but I think it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The worst arrangement that I ever received You don't even deserve a one star This is what my husband ask and pay for and the one that I received was different !! Just with 4 red rouses carnations and alstroemerias really !?!!
These guys were awful. Ordered flowers through Flowers for You for same day delivery and the flowers never came. After I called Flowers for You, they told me the florist said it was delivered at 2pm but the flowers didn't arrive until after 8pm and after I called. They also looked nothing liked the flowers I ordered. Not even close and completely different. I paid extra for premium and the arrangement was tiny and looked like the regular size. We placed an order for a premium bouquet from Teleflora that was delivered yesterday and were very disappointed. We fully understand that not all flowers are available at local flower shops and that substitutions will need to be made. We did not anticipate that so many flower substitutions would need to be made in our case that the arrangement delivered is almost entirely different (same color scheme at least).
