I received a fresh flower 'arrangement' in a pitcher yesterday from friends. I have no idea how much my friends spent, but I'm thinking Laguna Niguel Flowers & Gifts (located in San Juan Capistrano ~ not Laguna Niguel) bought the $9.99 bouquet from Albertson's that I passed on and plunked them into the pitcher. I have received beautiful bouquets and centerpieces from florists - the one I received from them was not one of them. When I went in to talk to the owner, he had all sorts of excuses for offering an inferior product to the one my friend paid for. He said it was the purchaser's fault for ordering from Teleflora.com because he then had to pay them 26% commission so he was going to deduct that cost from the arrangement. If I could give them no stars I would!! Worst service ever! The pictures on online are not what you get. I ordered flowers and chocolates and did not receive the chocolates.. Then they wanted them to be delivered the day after.. What good does that do? They needed to be given at the same time and day. Further more i gave special instructions that if no one was home to place them in the back patio.. How do you warn people enough about a company that thinks nothing of comitting a "bait and switch" and pocketing the $85 they overcharged. The pictures you see in the advertisments have nothing to do with the actual flowers you receive. The fact that Laguna Niguel Flowers & Gifts AND FTD.com are complicit in this theft only make it worse. The pictures I've posted are of those flowers (for almost $90) that are advertised.
