Ordered the "Deluxe Watermelon Crush" option and picked a bouquet of my wife's favorite stargazer lilies. Paid over $80. I have never received such a sad bouquet before. The grocery store arrangements are superior to what we received. Photos attached for what was purchased and what was received. It was like getting catfished but with flowers!

Ordered a dozen roses and vase through DoorDash. The business apparently cancelled the order because of a $10 price discrepancy even after speaking with me on the phone. Disappointing service on all fronts.

The Thanksgiving flowers were gift sent to me, delivered 2 days ago. I kept them in a cool spot and watered.....alas, they're badly wilted, petals falling off already can't use them for my holiday table today....you need to use fresher flowers in your arrangements!

I received flowers and not even 8 hours later the petals started falling off and the next day was worse. The flowers were for a loss in the family and the last thing I had energy to do was clean up the flower petal mess or call the florist to complain. Flower delivery is not cheap and the flowers really should last. I called and spoke to a rude lady 5 days later when I finally had time after the funeral and she only cared that I didn't call the next day after the delivery. No apology, nothing. My wife received flowers from her sister in Dubai ordered online for her birthday. Cost $150.00 As I have now seen from other reviews after out delivery, this florist is a complete and total scam. The photo below shows a vase under 12" with 2 Roses, 6 daises, 6 carnations and some greenery $150!!!!!! Complete outrage and never thinking twice to scam all around. I have an idea, how about provide a quality product to grow your business from REPEAT customers not the current 1 customer and burn.

I orderd the Teleflora's Hummingbird Surprise Bouquet-Deluxe-Similar Keepsake Product & Flowers . The website's picture shows it comes with a hummingbird painted vase. I ordered from you because of this special and beautiful vase. But when my friend received only a gold vase. Also , the flowers of the bouquet are not the same or similar as pic, not very fresh. The flowers and the plant I received were beautiful however the planter had a small chip on the bottom. I called to let the shop know and the person that I spoke with was quite rude and accusatory when I told him. He said it was in perfect shape when it left shop. He ended by hanging up on me. I had not asked for anything. I gave 2 stars because of presentation. I would shop around a bit more.

Ordered 18 inches x 16 inches DELUXE flowers and got flowers that were 9 inches x 13 inches. looked like a 15 $ order and was charged $80 (with delivery included). It said including roses.... do mini roses count? interesting. Call store.... got worse! RUDE! DON't waste your time or money. Tell me if this is worth $80 to you? Absolutely ridiculous!! Thief!
