I was referred to this florist by Tele flora I paid for deluxe flowers and a cute little sleigh ride basket I know they can substitute but the sleigh was nothing even close to what the display photo was and it was ugly they used more greenery than flowers, more carnations than roses. I got an email at five it had been delivered to my neighbor in reality it got delivered at 10 PM at night they didn't even know it was there no doorbell was rung. My wife ordered pink roses for a friend whose daughter passed away from cancer. The flowers that were delivered were not what she ordered. My wife contacted the florist to let them know that the delivery was incorrect. She spoke to a certain "John" who at no point offered to find a solution but did proceed to lecture her and told her that she "was taking up too much of his time"! My husband ordered flowers for our 21st anniversary. It is extremely disappointing when you order one thing and receive another. He trusted this company to do their job and they did not. He is a firefighter and not always home on special occasions so he does what he can when he is gone and the thought and sentiment where there, unfortunately Laguna Niguel Flowers and Gifts did not deliver. Ordered an arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. So disappointed with the sad, browning, wilted arrangement, totally wrong colors, not at all what I ordered or expected. Arrangement was left outside the door, delivery didn't even ring the bell. Will never consider this shop again.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. I should have read the reviews first. Delivered on the wrong day and the "premium" arrangement I got looked nothing like the image. Called to get a refund and the man tells me the recipe for the order. I explained the recipe is not listed anywhere on the site and if I knew it was going to be half of what's shown in the photo I wouldn't have ordered it. I ordered a bouquet for my grandma who just had a surgery. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture and were very disappointing. When I called the store, the lady was very combative and did not want to help at first. Not a real good experience with this business. My father in law, who was a WWII Navy vet recently passed away. To honor him and his service, I wanted an arrangement delivered to the funeral home with a sash on it that had the traditional Navy farewell ("Fair weather and following seas"). They assured me that they could provide that sash with the arrangement. The sash was an extra $20. Do not EVER use this florist!! This florist deserves zero stars, sadly I had to select at least one star to give a review. My situation....a friend sent me flowers for my birthday not realizing I was out of state for 10 days visiting an elderly, sick relative. I live in a gated community and immediately notified the guard gate to refuse the flower delivery while the delivery guy was still there at my complex. Very very disappointed in the flowers, it was obvious they were left over from Valentines Day. Would not recommend this florist. Go to Trader Joe's the flowers are MUCH prettier there.
