My bouquet was delivered in the late afternoon and by 8pm of same day - barely 4 hours later the blooms are wilting. Yes, I added water - Next I went to the website to post a question but I can find no place to contact and leave a question or remark. The bouquet looks like it was taken off a display shelf; but I'm sure you charged my friend full price for a "fresh arrangement" - not! You are taking advantage of your teleflora out-of-state orders!

What kind of crap hole place is this? I live in Manhattan and I sent flowers to my mom for Mother's Day and this is what she got. Are your employees children? Are they jaded ex cons who don't like their job? Because that's what this arrangement says to me. You guys should be ashamed. Flowers are expensive enough as it is, this shitty arrangement for over 60$? I could go to a grocery store and make a 100x better arrangement which I will do next time I need to send flowers before I go to this unimaginative joke of a floral sho... read more

Flower bouquet ordered by my husband for our anniversary turned into a nightmare rather than a gift. The delivery driver, Frank, called me around 4PM yelling about being refused entry at our community gate, when it turns out he drove off in a huff rather than wait for the guard to call. He eventually delivered the sad, sorry looking flowers late in the day after threatening to charge another delivery fee to the credit card since it was his second trip. Worst customer service experience ever and service in general! I ordered an arrangement 5 days prior to the delivery date(they claim they do same day so they had lots of notice), they delivered it a day late. In the note field of the delivery I said leave flowers on the porch if not home. They said the did then came back later and picked them up then brought them again the next day, obviously a lie. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered flowers & balloon for our daughter's birthday. They delivered flowers (1/2 the size of photo), and no balloon (which was an extra cost), called the shop and they advised they would deliver the balloon that day...never happened. Called the shop that evening and was told the balloon had been delivered...it had not. I was advised our account would be credited back...Never happened.

I received my flowers on my birthday, Sunday, Nov. 19 around 2 pm...they only lasted 4 days...by thanksgiving they were dead...I knew it was coming because all the roses were fully opened on arrival..a few were closed, they never opened because they had hard centers...they essentially sent out flowers that weren't fresh...even the water in the vase was murky. This place is the worst place to order flowers! I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they delivered something completely different that was not even close to being worth the $80 that I paid for! This place is a scam!!! They didn't even offer to give me a refund I had to demand for it and told them to send a carrier to pick up their flowers! If I could I wouldn't give them any stars!!

I wished I would have checked these reviews out before ordering from this place. Like many other customers on her my order was delivered a day early and the flowers were old and dreary looking! I tried calling and they said they didnt have this order. When I tried calling back they just kept hanging up! I spent $100 and WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS HOLE AGAIN! The man that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional!

I cannot even begin to explain the level of frustration and contempt I have for this business...it's Saturday morning at 8:15am...I receive a phone call telling me the flowers I ordered cannot be delivered because they don't deliver to Costa Mesa...and then on top of that the flower designer doesn't work on Saturdays. REALLY...THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE MY ORDER....WHY DID YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD...and WHY DID YOU CALL ME THE DAY THE ORDER WAS TO BE DELIVERED...you couldn't have explained all of this when I placed the order???... read more
