My experience was outstanding. Flowers by Amy, a florist based in Costa Mesa, canceled my pre-paid order without notifying me and I became desperate to have a flower arrangement delivered within 2 hours to my intended recipient. This florist apologized for my experience with the other florist (BTW, Flowers By Amy never even apologized for their horrible customer service) and put my mind at ease. Frank helped me over the phone with a beautiful hydrangea that I wanted to send to someone. He was extremely nice and professional and was able to accommodate every request I had. I heard from the recipient today that the plant was absolutely gorgeous and came in a really beautiful container. Frank was even kind enough to phone me following the delivery just to let me know that it was delivered in case the recipient hadn't told me (I never even asked him to do that). Do not purchase from this flower shop. Their Google ranking seems to be driven by strong marketing/SEO, because if you actually read the reviews, there's a very different story. I wish I had read them before spending $150 on sympathy flowers for my best friend. The difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered is honestly shocking. An attempt was made... 2 stars for the laugh I had when my friend sent me a pic of what she received. This is the derpiest attempt at a cat. With delivery and tip this was nearly a $100 arrangement. $100 for a Pinterest fail.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend of mine, whose brother had passed away. The arrangement arrived and the flowers died a day later. My friend called them and asked for a replacement and the company said no. I called them myself two months later and asked if they would replace the bouquet and the answer was still no. what kind of business operates this way? Horrible customer service. It does not surprise me that their average is two stars. Avoid this establishment.

Sent me a terrible poinsettia ordered by a good friend of mine. I contacted them to replace it which they did, but major effort on my part. Never would have sent that plant out for Christmas gift.

Ordered via tele floral. First they emailed that they had been delivered not the case. I called TELEFLORA they investigated and approximately 2-3 hrs they arrived they did not look fresh( should have cancelled then) so my message I wanted on the arrangement wasn't even what I put regarding our 52 nd anniversary so this morning flowers are wilted for 117.00 I will dispute this was th my credit card. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend sent me flowers and wow is this place a rip off. He spent $86 on the arrangement and MUCH more on the shipping fee just to receive barely any flowers that look nothing like the picture. On top of the complete rip off the arrangement was, it was dropped off 5 hours after he had been told they were dropped off. Do not waste your money here.
