Flowers are special and this shop ruined that. Unprofessional delivery and ZERO stars for the half dead flowers received super late (8pm) and from reading other reviews I know that's not even as late as some. Pink roses already starting to brown and die, greenery is a mess, purple snapdragons dead at the tops. Disappointed and sad someone in the flower business could be so careless.

Very unprofessional!! Paid a lot of money for a birthday bouquet for my fiancé. First off, I paid extra to have it delivered before 1:00pm. Never showed. When they finally arrived later in the evening, it definitely did not match the picture online. It was missing a lot of flowers, had a big open space in the bouquet and the vase was completely different from what I paid for. This is an incredibly dishonest business. The bouquet we ordered arrived far smaller than what was pictured in the listing. When we called to complain, they claimed we had specifically asked for less flowers in exchange for a discount. This was a blatant lie. Choose another flower shop.

We ordered three flower arrangements for a funeral service and paid over 500. When received the flowers at the funeral, they were nothing like what we saw on the pictures. They didn't use as much flowers, it was much smaller and full of holes. Save yourself some headache and don't deal with this shop.

Please don't be fooled by the picture on the catalog, the flowers they delivered were half the size. Don't waist your money here.

Do not use the flower shop under any circumstances. This is the second arrangement in less than a month where the flowers have been manhandled. Additionally, they sent a valentine arrangement that is not what my husband ordered and then Mina argued about it with me instead of trying to provide any customer satisfaction. If you order from them, expect the flowers to be damaged and expect exceptionally poor customer service. They should not be in business.

Ordered flowers online with this local San Juan business for a friends family member passing away. I Paid for a beautiful Orchid... she was delivered 3 flowers in a vase with some greenery. CHeap looking. NOTHING at all what I paid for. Horrible customer service. Called and no one picks up. Wish I had read reviews. Pathetic. Don't waste your money

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers and what was delivered was nothing remotely close to what was promised. Wish I would have read the similar reviews and seen the obvious trend. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

A family member ordered Christmas flowers for us through Teleflora. When an absolutely hideous arrangement came from this flower shop I called the sender to see what they had ordered. As others have mentioned, what we received was nothing at all like what had been ordered. The ugly arrangement we received consisted of four wilted roses, some ancient droopy daisies, and some greenery that looked like it had been cut from a freeway bush.
