I cannot even begin to explain the level of frustration and contempt I have for this business...it's Saturday morning at 8:15am...I receive a phone call telling me the flowers I ordered cannot be delivered because they don't deliver to Costa Mesa...and then on top of that the flower designer doesn't work on Saturdays. REALLY...THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE MY ORDER....WHY DID YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD...and WHY DID YOU CALL ME THE DAY THE ORDER WAS TO BE DELIVERED...you couldn't have explained all of this when I placed the order???... read more

Ordered a $75 premium bouquet and box of chocolates for Mother's Day. They were delivered 2 days before delivery date and flowers were not fresh. The box of weird jelly filled candy was their idea of a nice box of chocolates . Called to complain and hopefully replace, only to get a bad attitude and an offer for my mom to drive her own flowers to the place and get them replaced. Uh, no. So much for a nice Mother's Day gift. Very disappointing!

Don't ever order flowers from this flower shop. They delivered the oldest, driest flowers that were all wilty for Mother's Day just now. I am so disappointed and upset. This shop ruined Mother's Day for my mom!

Rotten. Rotten flowers. Rotten service. Arugementative, interrupting, dismissive, unprofessional representative. Laguna Niguel Flowers and Gifts sent an arrangement with crushed and dying flowers in an algae filled vase. I was told I would receive a replacement arrangement. To date, that is an out and out lie.

Awful, rude, dead flowers, delivered to wrong address, balloon deflated. DO NO ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Look at the majority of reviews. Nobody takes the time to write a horrible review unless it is deserved. Mediocre services and products don't get written up, just the really bad or really good. This is bad on every count.

Flowers were delivered the day BEFORE Valentines Day without any notice and without the card. Owner wanted to argue with me rather than apologize. Based on the other bad reviews, I expect the flowers to be wilted by this time tomorrow. Lesson learned.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. The owner was completely unprofessional, rude, insulting as well as insensitive to a very tragic reason for ordering the flowers. A 5 year old could have arranged the coloring of the flowers better than whoever designed this basket. Extremely overpriced for what was received and for how the symmetry of color placement was so off. Run fast from this place. Never again!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! They are extremely unprofessional and pulled an incredibly shady move by getting a coworker to sign for flowers delivered to me after I had already left for the WEEKEND. I told them I was leaving work at 4pm and they were a no-show, I have no clue when they actually showed up. The flowers, which I found in the work refrigerator, were HIDEOUS and not worth the $150 my poor husband dropped. I am disgusted at this business please do not go here!

Please save your money when thinking of buying for Valentine"s Day or any other occasion as everything you have read with 1 star describes this place, people and flower arrangements!! This place should not be in business! My best friend sent me an arrangement for my Birthday. It arrived at 5 PM by 6Am the next morning the 10 or so Sweet Heart roses were brown, wilted and basically dead!
