My daughter was graduating from Chico and receiving her masters degree and I was not able to be there that day. Flowers are beautiful. My beautiful wife has a Valentine Birthday so I had to find a new florist after our town burned down. The flowers were very nice. Only issue was a misdelivery. They brought my wife the wrong flowers. Eventually, she got what I ordered, but it was no longer a surprise. Overall, just a mix up. The flowers a beautiful and helped remind my wife how incredible she is to me.
I've been ordering flowers from Flowers By Rachelle for years and have always been impressed with quality of flowers and the arrangements. This year the arrangement delivered didn't match the arrangement I had ordered. I called to inquire what could be done. Rachelle said that she would have her delivery person pick up the flowers, redo the arrangement, send me a photo of the new arrangement, and redeliver the flowers the same day! The new arrangement is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Flowers By Rachelle.
