I ordered by phone for a very special occasion and WOW did they deliver! The arrangement was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! The recipient was over the moon! Worth every penny spent! Delivered on time as well. Absolutely Perfect! Will definitely use this florist again and again.

Rachelle was a wonderful person to talk to when I came in looking for some flowers. She took the time to explain why she did not have plumeria flowers, they can bring a bug over and kill flowers in in the continental US, whereas another flower store may have just told me 'we don't have those'. Then the following week when I order some flowers online for a delivery a week out, she called me to make sure I had the correct delivery date, based on reading my card.

I ordered flowers for my mother while she was in the hospital. The staff was very nice and when they had a problem delivering them at first, they sent me an email and notified me. They also assured me that they would continue to contact the hospital to see when they would be able to. Sure enough they were still delivered on the same day and best of all they brought a smile to my mothers face. I deff plan on ordering from them again!

Rachelle just did the flowers for our wedding in Chico this past wedding and I was absolutely BLOWN away with the killer job she did. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect. I sat down with Rachelle a few times before the wedding and she had lots of great ideas on what she would provide for our wedding. The whole process of working with Rachel to develop a vision for our wedding was so much fun. My father lives out of state and is really into flowers. Rachel was so enthusiastic and accommodating about doing some mock-ups of our centerpieces and personal flowers when my parents were in town so that they could participate in that part of the planning. Love this florist. My husband always goes here, and we used her for our wedding. She sat down with us and discussed colors and concepts, and sent me a full itemized list of what each piece is and costs, so I could slash as neccesary. All the wedding flowers were gorgeous, every bouquet I've ever recieved has been gorgeous. She remembers us by name, and is just as sweet as possible. She'll even make sure to include my wedding flowers in the bouquets my husband goes for every so often, a nice personal touch.
