Yeaaaaaaaaaa!!! Just called her on the fly, (pulled the typical "S*%t I forgot THAT was today" ) and asked if I could get em there within a couple hour window....there 45 minutes later!!! No joke, superior service and QUALITY for the price! Amazing

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's day yesterday unfortunately we ended up with the wrong ones. So of course he called to inform them of the mistake. From the consultation to the day of the wedding, Rachelle was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was never worried that the flowers wouldn't be perfect, and I wasn't disappointed.
Ordered "florists choice" online for my sisters birthday. My sister said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. She sent me a picture (with bad lighting) and they were stunning - I will only use Flowers by Rachelle going foward - great job!!!!

I called from out of town to have flowers sent to my daughter to congratulate her on a new job. Stephanie was very cordial, knowledgeable, and helped me with a selection. I told her my daughter's favorite color & was assured that there were plenty of orange selections. My daughter called me later & sent a picture. From my first consultation with Rachelle, she was great at helping me choose flowers and complete my ideas for our wedding. She was very informative when it came to what would look good and why. I have been using flowers by Rachelle since 2000. She did a wonderful job on my wedding and I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. I was in the hospital this year and my husband sent me these beautiful flowers from them. They were very original I got so many compliments I have never been disappointed
