Tip to you men, go to Costco and make your own bouquet or go to another florist in town. The arrangements here are never bloomed upon delivery. Flowers aren't as advertised. My partner has only liked one out of five arrangements I've bought here which is highly disappointing considering I always upgrade to the premium size arrangement and pay extra for delivery.

I been buying flowers there for many years.I just got the flowers for my wife's birthday.it's beautiful arrangement but flowers start to dying the next day. Flowers were not pruned properly stocks were jammed in and folded just disappointing, they should've lasted longer than a day before the flowers start dying .

I can't say how this florist is, because... I called from out of town, at lunchtime, and was put on hold for 10 full minutes (I timed it). So naturally, I finally hung up and moved on. They're probably very nice people and obviously very nice flowers, but this is inexcusable... you never put a customer on hold for 10 minutes, you put your other customer on hold and check back with (me) every few minutes to apologize for the wait. I ordered a vase of flowers from here. Although it was beautiful they gave me the wrong flowers. My father was picking them up for me and fly back to chico a few days after so when I found it out it was too late. They messed up my order so I will not be coming back here. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I called Flowers by Rachelle when I was planning my wedding earlier this year. I made the awful mistake of calling two weeks before Valentine's Day, just to see if I could work with them for my wedding. The woman on the phone snapped at me and said I had a lot of nerve calling so close to Valentine's Day. I didn't think calling a flower shop two weeks before V-day was a big deal, but apparently that's a deadly sin within the floral business. I told her I was sorry to waste her time and hung up.
